Only steps away from Lake Hunter with its boat ramp and walking trail, and 5 minutes to downtown, our guest cottage on this brick-paved street in the Dixieland Historic District offers a fun, relaxing way to enjoy all that Lakeland has to offer. Unwind in this sunny, first-floor studio guesthouse that features all the comforts of home, completely separate from the main house -- your own large kitchen, washer/dryer, and lovely shared courtyard. The view alone makes it a local favorite!

Comfortably sleeping three guests in this 500 sq. foot open-concept, studio cottage, a peaceful night's rest awaits on the plush full-size murphy bed; the jackknife-style sofa transforms into a twin-size bed. A pack 'n play is even available for our smallest visitors!

The outdoor courtyard and lounging area are available for your use. Prepare your morning cup 'o joe in our stocked coffee bar and enjoy it outside! Mealtime choices are up to you -- cook for yourself in our fully-equipped modern kitchen or take a leisurely bike ride or a quick drive to visit Lakeland's foodie scene. Our full kitchen is complete with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven/stove, side-by-side refrigerator with water & ice maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, measuring cups & spoons, a big pantry, etc...everything you need to cook and live!

Short and long-term guests alike will enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the unit. Your working vacation is no problem in our high-speed Wi-Fi-enabled home, complete with a small desk and charging station. Roku TV provided for your entertainment.

Bathroom amenities include plush towels, Nexxus Shampoo and Conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, a full-length mirror, and various miscellaneous toiletries in case you forgot anything (enough to get you started; guest must replenish as needed).

Whether you need a couple of nights away or an extended stay, this cottage is perfect. Our large driveway may even be able to accommodate your boat trailer or RV, depending on dates and length of stay. Send us a message if you have any questions.

We love our long-term guests and price accordingly. A discount for stays of 7-days or longer is automatically calculated for you. An even more significant discount is applied for month-long stays (28+ days).

Guest access: Arrive anytime after 3:00 pm. Access is granted via smart lock.

Parking is available either in the driveway or on the street -- your choice.
