Each rental features dedicated parking and separate entrances, and NO shared spaces, though guests may encounter others outside during their stay. We would like to kindly inform you that although we have implemented an effective pest control program, it is important to note that the property is situated in North Georgia, surrounded by woods. As a result, it is possible to occasionally encounter insects or bugs. However, rest assured that we have taken all necessary precautions to mitigate this occurrence and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
We ask that you please respect the following rules during your stay:

1) No pets please. Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and extra charges for any additional cleaning/damages.

2) No parties or events.

3) No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke we ask that you please do so outside and away from the doors. Please pick up and properly dispose of butts. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in an immediate charge of $500 plus any additional cost of remediation. There will be additional cleaning charges for not cleaning up cigarette butts.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
