~The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property
~No renters under the age 21.
~No smoking indoors
~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.
~Firewood is not provided for guest use.
~Trash is to be left in black can at the house.
~Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only.
~Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
~ When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check-in at the property.
