Vous allez adorer notre nouvelle maison de vacances de marque avec cuisine bien équipée, 40 "TV à écran plat et laveuse et sécheuse. Il est sur le côté calme de la ville où vous pouvez entendre les vagues et de voir des biches à la porte! Foyer au gaz dans le salon!
Notre nouvelle maison de vacances de la marque dispose de 2 chambres spacieuses et 2 salles de bains en taille réelle. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size et l'autre chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Le canapé dans l'espace de vie peut être facilement retiré et convertir en un lit de taille réelle qui dort 2. Si vous avez une famille avec de jeunes enfants, nous avons un pack et le jeu et chaise haute stocké dans le placard.
Ceci est une unité au 2ème étage et sur le côté calme de la ville. La distance de la meilleure plage (à mon humble avis) Marcher dans Ocean Shores (Damon Point).
Dans la soirée, vous pouvez lire près de la cheminée à gaz confortable tout en écoutant les vagues.
Cuisine ouverte a tout nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et Kitchen Aid a tous les éléments essentiels pour vous de faire un repas gastronomique.
Salle de bain principale a vanité double avec douche. La chambre principale a un énorme promenade dans le placard. Salle de bains a baignoire pleine taille où vous pourrez profiter d'un bain relaxant. Nous fournissons shampooing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps. Bien sûr, des draps propres et serviettes aussi!

Great little getaway

The site was very pleasant. Getting in was easy, and the facilities were very comfortable. This is in a nice little community with playgrounds and activities like cornhole, big chess, and bocce ball. There are a couple of shops and a restaurant. There is even a bike rental. Great weekend and very relaxing.

Great Play to Stay!

Thank you Helen for letting us stay at your amazing place! Everything was nice, new, spacious, well stocked and made us feel right at home! The kids loved all the toys you had to offer and they were so sad on the last day about leaving. We got to explore Damon's point which was only a few mins drive away. We can't wait for the community to be completed - we would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much

This home was great for our family of 5 The owner kindly left snacks, movies and books out. The home is very new and in a condo assoc Some suggestions would be to have a book to have people who have stayed share tips (we had a hard time finding a way to easily walk to water) We also weren't exactly sure how to leave the house (most people have an instruction sheet saying wash towels, leave thermostat set at 60, etc) and hope that we left it to your liking Helen The owner Helen was easy to reach and very accodomating We would love to stay again when the oyhut area is more complete (they have plans for a pool, store, restaurant) Thank you!

While the condo was clean it wasn't in great shape. Linens and towels were old/thin. You wouldn't want to even sit on the chairs provided on the back patio for fear they dirt/rust would stain your clothes. I was not provided a code to get into the condo and had to call the host after we arrived.

Oyhut Bay Village

Oyhut Bay Village is a relatively new development for Ocean Shores. It is a village of vacation rental houses and condos set in the southern part of Ocean Shores. It is a quiet setting with plenty of natural plant life surrounding the area. The Pacific Ocean is a mile drive to the east or a half mile walk through local vegetation to reach the beach at Damons Point. For families, there is a nice play area equipped with swings, slides, a sand box, volleyball, horseshoes, and lawn bowling. A nice restaurant, general store and bakery and a beach wear store make up a small commercial area. Most rentals are pet friendly and my people had a dog with them. There seemed to be many young couples with young kids. There was plenty of space for kids to run around and have fun. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would go back again in the future.

Adequate for 2 nights.

This property could benefit from some TLC. Screen doors front and back broken. No coffee pot only a Keurig. We had to go buy pods as we had loose grounds. Broken Mr Coffee in a cabinet. Area rugs on top of the wall to wall carpet, a tripping hazard. Broken plastic vertical blinds blocking the view. Shower super slippery, need textured mat. Had no problem starting laundry for our bedding before leaving but unscented detergent should be used for people with allergies. No bedside clock. Tiny round dining room table which didn't work for our card games.

Great family spot- very clean- one minor complaint

Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We had a great time, and loved having a clean, roomy place to stay. The kitchen is huge, and well-stocked. Plenty of bedding and towels. The master bed is very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is great. Good, strong wifi. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo, and the quiet, pleasant area. Oyhut Bay is an adorable community and we really enjoyed the little village, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The only complaints we had were that the furniture was a bit uncomfortable, and there was early morning construction noise right outside the window. We had planned to hang out in the condo and play games/do puzzles etc., and ended up not doing as much of that as we had hoped because the couch and chairs were just too uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The twin beds were also quite uncomfortable. One of them is just a thin mattress on top of a platform. No box spring. I guess that would be fine for a 4-year-old, but not for an adult. We totally understand the construction noise was out of the hosts' hands, but it would have been nice to have a heads up. We would stay here again in a second if we found out the furniture had been updated. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time sitting around in the condo, and have little kids who would use the twin beds, this is probably a great place for you.

This is a lovely condo. It’s very nicely equipped, and very comfortable. We had an issue with the lock mechanism which was probably our fault, but we would have benefitted from some more instructions on how it worked.

Clamming excursion

Property was in immaculate condition and very clean. Very appreciative of all the nice touches to make it kid friendly: step stools, kid-size table and chairs, plastic cups/bowls, no breakable stuff within toddler reach that I have to relocate, etc. Condo looks to be in a fantastic location. We actually headed north to join friends so we didn't explore the immediate area all that much during our brief stay. Can't wait to go back a bit later in the year and enjoy the surroundings, though.

We are a family of 4 and we enjoy travel and going to the beach. Oyhut bay condo is our 2nd home and we go there as much as we can with the kids. Life is also busy with birthday parties and other commitments, so when we can't use it ourselves, we want you to enjoy it too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It's so new (compared to lots of other properties in the area) and comfortable! It has a big kitchen that you can cook and enjoy a homemade meal. We are walking distance to the beach and you will see deer roaming around. Perfect spot to get away and enjoy the beach!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In the winter, it's the gas fire place that we love. In the summer, it's our patio with a nice breeze.
