Serenity Ranch is a newly refreshed retreat inspired by Santa Ynez’s rich agricultural heritage. As you move through the home, you’ll find carefully curated decor inspired by the beautiful scenery and history of Santa Ynez, including some fun antique pieces. Each bedroom was designed to make you feel right at home, featuring memory foam mattresses, plenty of space to spread out and there are even two dedicated workspaces available!



Drift off to sleep in one of our 4 plush queen-sized beds, with room for 3 more guests on the comfy pull-out couches – this haven sleeps up to 11 guests! Two luxurious suites offer an extra touch of comfort: one with a handy kitchenette, and another with a charming coffee bar. Relax and unwind in the spacious living room featuring an original wood-burning stove (non-operational), or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Serenity Ranch is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk to downtown Santa Ynez. The home is just a short drive to Chumash Casino. The home is just across the road from a large open field with cattle friends who roam freely. Santa Ynez is home to acclaimed restaurants & bars, wineries, hiking/biking trails, & beautiful scenery, making this a stunning location for your getaway.



Getting Around:

It is easy to get around by car. Uber & Lyft are available, but shouldn’t be counted on.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, salt & pepper, cooking oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park. 2 additional cars can park directly in front of the home.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find and located off of a flat, paved road.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Covered hot tub, outdoor bar, dining table, patio furniture, cornhole & gas BBQ available for you to enjoy!



GAME ROOM:

Garage game room features a pool table, Smart TV, two arcade games, and a second fridge.



BEDROOMS:

There are 4 bedrooms, each with queen beds. The living room has a queen sized pullout couch. One of the suites has a twin sized pullout bed. Total accommodations can sleep 11 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



PET FRIENDLY:

Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please clean up after them- waste bags are provided.
