The location was amazing! The deck was the perfect spot to spend time with our family and be in the beach at the same time. Beautiful sunrise views right from the deck. The home fit our family and dogs; the large windows provided a fantastic view from anywhere in the living space. We also loved that the family space was not on the top floor. Just a few recommendations. Some of the appliances may need to be upgraded. Seal on dishwasher needed to be fixed and the ice maker didn’t keep up with our use. There was a damp smell in the kitchen closet so we decided not to use that space. We would rent this home again.

Beautiful space

Amazing views and a beautiful home. We had space to enjoy our time and each other in a quieter side of the island. Will 100 percent rent this property again as it met and exceeded all of our needs.

Rode out a storm the first half of our trip, but the weather didn’t stop us from having a great trip.Beautiful property and great beach view.I wish that we would have access to a shovel and broom to clear sand from under the house so that we didn’t have to track sand inside of the house.

We are so glad that despite the storm, you still had a great stay! We look forward to hosting you again for future island getaways! Thank you for your suggestion about the shovel/broom. We will pass this on to the owners over this off-season for them to get those items for future reference.

Loved the spaciousness and beauty of the house. It was so close to the ocean - we enjoyed up close views of the water. We had 31 family members in several homes - ours was the favorite rental. HOWEVER, the reality company (Seashore Realty) that took over after I booked with VRBO charged more and were very inattentive to a major problem. There were droplets of water on the ceiling and down the walls that we discovered shortly after arriving in the downstairs hall bath that also led to the bunkbed room. We called right away and they told us it was condensation and would go away. I sent pictures and they said they would write a work order for Monday. No one came out and by Tuesday there was mold on the walls and it smelled horrible as did the food pantry on the other side of the wall and the closet right above in the main bedroom. They put in a dehumidifier Wednesday and wiped the walls and ceilings down. Needless to say, we were unable to use those rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and inviting, with plenty of room to relax. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location couldn't have been better—just a few steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, one of the amenities we specifically looked forward to, was not working during our stay. We notified the management company, and while they said someone would come take a look, we never received any follow-up or resolution.One other thing worth mentioning is that the outdoor shower's hot water is connected directly to the hose, causing the water to become very hot. While it wasn't an issue for us, it could be a safety concern for families with young children.Overall, these issues did not take away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable vacation. This is a lovely home in a fantastic location, and with a little more attention to maintenance and follow-up, it would easily deserve five stars. We would definitely consider staying here again.
