This is a wonderful home for a family vacation! Check-in and out was easy. The grandkids absolutely loved the pool and the beach access. We had a fair amount of rain but it didn’t dampen our stay at all!would highly recommend and would love to return!

Perfect family vacation

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was clean, beach chairs and sand toys were available, kitchen was fully equipped and beds were comfortable! Thank you for making our family stay wonderful.

The property is very nice. well designed with quality products. It has very nice accommodations that offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The pool and ocean front decks were nice as well.The only drawback was the ocean was to rough for me to get into the water for a few days. There's nothing you can do about that though.

What a place!

What a tremendous place and location! Property owner was incredibly communicative and made the whole process from booking to check in to check out easy. House is beautiful with great amenities. Pool is tremendous - oh, and it is right on the beach!

Amazing Topsail Beach House

We LOVED this house. It was right on the beach and had a great pool for the afternoon. We had my parents, my sister and her family, and my family of six all in the house with plenty of space. It is right across the bridge from a Food Lion making groceries pretty easy! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful well equipped house.

Being right on the beach was fantastic. Pool was nice and heated, even though the weather was cool we were at least able to get in. Area felt relaxed and safe. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Best beach house yet

Our family have stayed in beach houses along the Carolina coast from Pawleys Island to the outer banks for over 30 years. This was the nicest house for cleanliness, proximity to the beach, decor, stocked kitchen and privacy. The owner was super fast in answering any questions. The house is beautiful and homey.

Not Disappointed

We were not disappointed with our choice to stay in this house. Beautiful modern house with very nice well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was awesome! When we reached out to the owner about a few small issues, he responded very promptly! We would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Amazing Beachfront Property

This House has everything you need for the perfect beachfront family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with dinnerware but pots and pans and the utensils needed to prepare the meals. The views of the ocean, the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We saw dolphins most days we were there. The pool was wonderful with plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy.

Aside from a few little things that were addressed with the owner and promptly responded to, everything was great! The only thing that could have made it any better would be a hot tub and maybe an outdoor table.

Tranquil getaway, perfect weather!

Two families fled DC to the shores of North Topsail Island to enjoy the beach and the pool and we weren't dissapointed! The house is on a busy street but you'd never know once you're tucked inside! Fabulous views of the ocean and great views of the sound and sunsets too. Great layout for two families and plenty of space for all of us to relax and spread out. Our crew loved morning coffee on the covered deck and evening cocktails on the top deck. Few things that would've been good to know before arriving especially during COVID-19 and trying to avoid town: absolutely zero paper products so come armed with TP, paper towels and some dish towels from home. A little confusion on the timing of checkout which made the departure much more stressful than it needed to be but a minor inconvenience all in all. A great time was had by all.

4 Generation Beach Vacay

House was great for ages 8 to 88. There were 10 in our group and we never felt cramped. Elevator and closeness to beach made it useable for everyone. Lots of beach to ourselves - the location is fantastic and we were unbothered. Pool is good size and in good condition. The house is in good condition and we had a great stay. Couple of very minor issues. Not being able to open the garage doors isn’t disclosed in the listing, and it makes accessibility more difficult for those who have a hard time with stairs. And the treatment of linens at check in and check out is inconvenient. With those minor issues noted, we would recommend the property if your priority is beach time and privacy. Beautiful place!

Long weekend in Topsail

The view of the ocean from the house's two decks was outstanding, and the constant sound of the surf breaking on the beach was very relaxing. We spent most of our time watching and listening to the surf, walking on the beach, and cooking in the kitchen. The house itself was nicely furnished and immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked constantly, and once we visited "Splash by the Sea," a nice beachfront restaurant a five-minute walk from the house. A few basic provisions we expected were missing, like garbage bags and dishwasher detergent, but it wasn't much of a hassle - the nearest grocery was only a few minutes away by car. The host also responded within minutes by phone when we had trouble turning on the exterior lights by the pool and grill - he walked me through turning them on over the phone - problem solved. We had a great time enjoying the sight and sounds of the ocean and the luxury of staying in this beautiful beachfront home.

We finally found the perfect house!

Our family has been staying at Topsail for a summer vacation for almost 15 years. There are 6 adults and our 6 kids ranging from 7 - 17 years old. We always struggle to find enough space. This house was perfect for us! Plenty of chairs in the living room, a large TV for nighttime movies, a beach just steps from the house that was virtually private, plenty of sturdy deck chairs, and a pool with an outdoor shower for when the beach got too hot. We loved the Samsung fridge with the TouchPad - you can play music or log into your social media! The fridge in the garage downstairs was perfect for keeping cool drinks nearby. Very comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. The only thing we would have liked was an outdoor table on the 2nd level deck to take advantage of the shade. We are already planning to book for next year. The owner was very communicative, checking in to make sure all was OK with the house upon arrival. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Amazing vacation getaway!

We looked FOREVER to find a just-right vacation property; we wanted something that felt isolated but wasn't to far removed from the surrounding community, had great views and that the interior décor was comfortable but nice (especially since we expected cool temperatures to impede our outside time). This house hit all the marks! Our group consisted of 7 people of 3 generations, ages 68 to 4. Everyone was comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. Everything we could have wanted was there on hand, and in great condition. The house was perfectly lovely, and the beds were some of the best we've slept on- it made an already relaxing vacation even better. The owner was communicative and friendly. The local Instacart deliveries made acquiring groceries and any needed items a breeze and we hardly left the house. The views were incredible, and having the amazing views of the sound as well as the ocean and no other properties right next to us made it feel like we had our own little paradise with no intrusions. Future travelers should note that there is a development under construction (January 2022) to the immediate left of the house on the adjacent lot...but that won't stop us from getting back as soon as we can.
