Ogemaw Hills and Ambrose Lake trail systems are 1.5 miles down the road. Ride to St Helens, (ORV rentals available) & to Luzurne, Mio, Roscommon and beyond ! Ride out to the Rose City overlook, and to Kyles Peak for a beautiful view !(both are on YouTube and Google maps). Kayak, canoe, paddle board & fish Ambrose Lake & Horseshoe Lakes for Largemouth Bass, Pike & Blue gills (both lakes have boat ramps and allow motors). Clear Lake is a 171 acre all sports lake 5 minutes up the road, offering Pontoon & kayak rentals and boat launch. Stop in @ the family friendly Clear Lake Bar for excellent food & service, and the Clear Lake party store is right next store, enjoy some hand dipped ice cream !
