This townhome is the perfect home base for your trip to Long Beach. With 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds. There is a full office set up in the third bedroom with comfortable desk, printer and chair. The third bedroom has 2, twin air mattresses so can be used as an office or bedroom. Perfect work from home set up! The property boasts amenities such as heating/cooling, WiFi, two smart TVs, bedding, towels, a washing machine/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bathroom is an ensuite, a second full bathroom is upstairs near bedrooms with a shower/bath combo and a half bath on the main level, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing at the property, this townhome provides a marvelous experience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome. Note: MIN 30 day stay required, vacation lease, background ck, copy of ID & utilities deposit required.

I grew up in Portland, Oregon, moved to Vancouver, Washington about 8 years ago. At that time we started exploring Long Beach, since it is a short drive for us and we love the community there. I am a full time real estate agent and this is my personal home that we enjoy family trips to the beach in, but happy to share it with others while we are not using it.

Lovely beach community, with solid restaurants options, such as Picked Fish, The Roo, Dylan's bakery, etc. With all the amenities nearby and just a few blocks from the beach, so can walk or bike to it. Bike rentals, food carts, go karts, arcade, shopping, all the good stuff is just a block away from my property. We love walking or biking the Discovery Trail, make sure to check it out, we often see eagles and deer along the side of the trail.
