Please read the entire review. I will say my first impression of checkers was very disappointing. Upon walking in, the bed had been slept in, used towels on the bathroom and kitchen floors. My first thought was to turn around and leave. I immediately called the property manager Arjun Kumar to express my concerns. He noted I was booked but realize he hadnât scheduled the cleaners. I believe this was an honest mistake. The cleaners arrived quickly, they did a spectacular job. I watched how they cleaned and give 5 stars for cleanliness. They provided clean fresh bedding including the comforter along with fresh towels. When they got done I felt relaxed and relieved. Good job to the cleaners and Arjun. Now to the apartment. It was cozy, nice place for 2. Bed and couch was comfortable, large screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom could use a little TLC, fresh paint and caulking would go a long way, please remove the 70âs fluffy toilet seat cover, backing and rugs, I recommend a floor mat. I didnât use the kitchen. Overall impression was good. Cabinets well stocked for cooking with 5 burner gas stove and refrigerator, also had all the small appliances. Kitchen table is glass with comfortable seating. The wood plank flooring throughout gave a nice clean feeling, I recommend removing the scattered rugs. Although my first impression wasnât great, I will stay here again because I trust Arjun will continue to provide the services required for this property.
