Everything was great, location is very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge, hot tub was not clean, alot of spiderwebs, beds & everything else was clean ALSO MAKE SURE TO RUN WATER FOR A CUPPLE OF MINUTES TO GET RID OF BAD SMELL..
