As our guest, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities at the Residence:
🚗 One designated parking spot – Please display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
💵 Guest fee: $15 per guest, payable at the front desk.
🛒 On-site grocery store for your convenience.

- At check-in, a hotel background check fee of $25 per guest will be required at the Front Desk.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on the property.

🔧 Important Notice – Exterior Maintenance
We want to let you know that the building’s exterior is currently undergoing maintenance to improve the property. As part of this work, the balcony area is temporarily covered and not fully visible from the unit.
⚠️ Please be advice:
- At the check in time for the register at the Front Desk, you will then have to pay a hotel Background check ($25 per guest)
- Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.
- We do not provide washcloths.
- The Resort also charges a security deposit for $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.
