The house was amazing and in such a beautiful location for our family as we’re gathered for a celebration of life for my late wife who was from Billings. Communication and responsiveness from the host was fantastic and very quick. Would definitely recommend this place!!

The location of the property was wonderful...easy to get to airplane, easy to shop for food, easy to access other parts of Billings. We certainly needed all the bedrooms available. The children enjoyed the game room and the movie room. The carpets need to be cleaned throughout the house and more towel racks would have been appreciated.

Family get together

We met up in Billings with extended family. The property had ample room. The kids loved the game room and pool table. We also enjoyed the use of the deck during the day when the sun was out. Everyone thought the property was perfect for the occasion. We will plan to use it again in the future.

Host was attentive and this house is massive—there was plenty of adequate space inside and out for our group. However, this was the dirtiest rental we have ever stayed in. There was trash, old hotel room keys, baby toys, etc under almost every bed (which would have been easily seen if the rooms had been actually vacuumed). The carpets all desperately need replaced, they are VERY stained, tattered, and worn. There was a funky smell (with a large matching stain) like sour milk in one of the bedrooms. Mold in the bathroom shower tile. Hair in the basement bathroom tub. Dishes were dirty. Cutting boards, etc were very worn. The kids were excited for the theatre room but the projector would immediately overheat. The pictures on the website were very deceiving, as it made the house look bright and clean. This house has awesome potential after a decent amount of maintenance; unfortunately, as is, it is not worth the price and we will not be booking again.

Great place for a family vacation!

I met some of my family in Billings for Christmas, and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The large dining table allowed our group to eat and play games together, while having many rooms to spread out in and not feel crowded. The deck is fabulous and would be great in the warmer months. The younger family members loved the arcade games downstairs, and we all enjoyed watching movies together in the theater room and playing pool upstairs.Lots of beds, the linens and house were clean, and the host was very kind and communicative.If you need a large place to stay in Billings with super easy access to the heights, this is it!

House was great. Bedrooms and Bathrooms not very clean when we arrived. Had to rewash some of the sheets and towels. Pots and pans were a mess,old and over used. We did need to leave a note for the manager the first night that we did not have enough silverware to serve 12 people as advertised, By the next morning we had a delivery at the front door with a new set of silverware. Which we were very thankful and appreciated his prompt response. House was large and we used all of the six bedrooms. We enjoyed using the smoker grill and the weather for October was beautiful on the deck for dinner. Would recommend new pots and pans and a new house cleaner. Otherwise it was a great size house for our family gathering.
