Wonderful little apartment! Perfect landing spot for me for two days while visiting friends. The host was very responsive, which I deeply appreciated. Clean and in a great location close to Lake Michigan. Highly recommend staying here!

What a great place! I did not realize how close we would be to the lake. It was a great surprise and we even woke up early to watch the sunrise, which was beautiful. Has everything you need, perfect little place. :) Thanks!

Great weekend stay in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, close to both the harbor and downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable living room, full kitchen and a nice shower.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming odor of marijuana. It kept getting stronger and stronger to the point I got a headache just being there for a few minutes. We walked over to a vent where it was coming in even stronger from the floor below. We left immediately and contacted the host with the issue and that we didn’t feel comfortable staying. We also contacted Vrbo. We as well as Vrbo got no response until the next day. In his message he admitted to being aware of the smell. We asked for a refund which he refused until finally he agreed to a partial refund of only 45 dollars back for the 2 nights we booked. That was after Vrbo encouraged him to do something. We could have gotten past the poorly maintained lawn or the dingy carpet, but not to instantly feel sick upon entering no thanks.

As we stated earlier, we apologize for the inconvenience that the guest experience. It seems like the guest was pretty dissatisfied from the moment she booked until she actually arrived at the place. We informed her that this is a drug free house. There’s no marijuana being in smoke here, but the neighbor next-door does smoke marijuana, and it could be coming from there. The guest came off rude and demanded her money back 100% I then contact the Vrbo explained my issue with the guest . Vrbo completely understood and told me I did not have to give a refund if I did not want to. So we still gave a refund to the guest. She seemed still very unhappy . So am my opinion I will not recommend hosting for her in the future.

Cozy and quaint apartment in a very centralized location to the South Beach and 8th street downtown. Host was very responsive and the home was clean and quiet.

Great location- right on the water near downtown Sheboygan, easy in/out- the keypad was easy to use, reasonable price- with some OneKey cash to spend, this was under 100. Plenty of space for the two of us, wish we had more time to spend inside!

Only two challenges. First we had to reach out to the Host for access to the property for the code. He was very responsive. Second the stairs down so be reviewed as it appears the bottom steps were altered to accommodate a duplex spilt resulting in two very narrow steps which I didn’t notice till leaving as I rolled my ankle carrying my suitcase. Otherwise this is a great value for the my, and it was super nice.
