Beautiful Gardens & Pool, pets stay free! 4 beds + Arcade

Relax outside in the saltwater pool, by the lovely curated gardens, or under the arbor in the shade!
There's always a nice breeze rolling over the hills and through the backyard here. A poolside spot with a breeze is the next best thing to the beach if you ask me.

3 bedroom 2 bath:
2 California King beds with high end purple mattresses (my favorites)
2 Full beds
1 human sized dog bed, it’s cozy for naps and kids or cuddling with dogs
King Sofa bed that can fold flat and be moved easily with optional mattress topper.

1800sqft, single story, big vaulted ceilings throughout, 2 car garage with a smart garage door — garage potentially a game room in the future
Master bedroom isolated on one side of the house - huge bedroom with a private luxury bathroom and jetted hot tub.
Lots of large windows in the house in all rooms and natural light.
A few cool light fixtures and modern luxury/quirky ceiling fans in the bedrooms. See entryway and dining room lights as well. They add a nice touch.

Projector screen *work in progress 6/9/24* I do have the screen, but not the projector. You are welcome to bring one :P
The plan is to lay on the floor mattresses in the living room and watch movies on the big screen. Yes, there is a big TV too but it’s not the same! Projector doesn't really work well with sunlight though.

Backyard slice of paradise:
A big modern heated saltwater pool with a waterfall and jetted hot tub
Beautiful gardens with white stone, rose bushes, and a variety of pretty flowers.
A firepit area (firepit under construction but should be there for your stay later this June)
Lots of outdoor seating under an arbor/pergola with a living roof, pool lounge chairs, giant umbrella with solar LED lights

A lovely breeze - I can't guarantee this but there seems to always be a nice breeze through the backyard and parts of this hilly neighborhood.
Some combination of water, sun, and a breeze is the key to relaxation if you ask me!

Some general highlights:
- Host owns the home and can actually accommodate requests or suggestions
- Not furnished in the cheapest possible manner by a third party company and not run by a host that has spent no more than 10 minutes inside the house.

Arcade:
Custom arcade setup that will include as many games as I can possibly find. Basically this will have all the games that you would find on the ones you can buy off amazon, but it is a much higher end machine and will have games up through N64, XBox, Gamecube, Playstation etc and some new games.
Will have arcade style joystick boards up to four players.

I am still figuring out pricing so don’t hesitate to ask. I opened up the limit to 10 people but this would not comfortably sleep 10 adults without sharing beds and sleeping on floor mattresses etc. There is an extra charge per night past 8 people. A mix of adults and kids that exceeds 8 should work fine.
