Perfect location near everything. The kids loved the pool and all the open space in the backyard. Gazebo was the perfect spot to sit and relax to enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend.

The property was not as advertised. The exterior was in terrible condition with high grass and matted down leaves around the front of the home. The largest problems - missing items and a general dirtiness throughout. When we arrived, there were no hand towels in any bathroom. There were only two wash rags and both were dirty. The master bedroom had no pillows. Several items in the listing, including a second end table in the master bedroom and rugs in the bathrooms and living room, were not there. The couches are stained. There was spilled food, looked like really old mac and cheese, on the carpet of the second bedroom. There was a glob of melted caramel on an exterior table by the pool. The furniture in the living room was jammed up against the wall, smashing the blinds.In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the bunk beds in the second bedroom were extremely loose. To the point that I was not comfortable with my kids using them. There is a large exposed hole in the door in the laundry room that leads to the garage. Just a big hole that goes into the garage. Not good. The pool skimmer was broken. Various items were loose. Just bad all around. The pool is usable and the water was clean, but there is a large tree that is overgrown reaching over the pool. It's so overgrown that it's difficult for an adult to get into the pool.We tried for a night, but had to leave and stay with friends 45 mins away. Otherwise, our entire trip would have been uncomfortable.

Great house. It worked out perfectly for a visit with children and grandchildren. The kids loved the pool and there was lots of room to spread out. Less expensive than a couple of hotel rooms and this was you have a kitchen and lots of common area to hang out.

Comfy Oasis

The home had the perfect set up for kids and family time, with an open concept floor plan between the living area, dining room, and kitchen!This led straight to the beautiful and well-kept pool! The pull-out couch was great for when the kids wanted to pile up together for movies, and the master provided a quality mattress and pillows for a good night’s rest!Would love to stay here again in the future!

Lovely home

This home was a great place to stay. It is very comfy and roomy with three bedrooms and a sofa couch and two bathrooms. We were visiting family and close to the airport. There was lots of towels and toiletries and washer and dryer was included. My spent our nights in the gazebo, but what we really enjoyed was the pool. The pool was definitely heated. I want to thank Mr Johnson, he was great and always check.

Excellent!

From beginning to end, this host was excellent with communication! He made the booking process easy as we had some questions. He was very responsive to our messages. The check in process was great! He checked in after our first night to make sure everything was good. The area is great too. The nice quiet neighbourhood. Heated pool, all the facilities are needed and on site laundry were a huge bonus. Close to the grocery store and some great restaurants.Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Great House

I had family in town for the holidays and needed a place for overflow. The house was in the perfect location, clean, had everything needed and the owners were very responsive. The upside was that there was no checklist of things to do at the end of the stay.

House was Rundown

The owner provided exceptional service but the house itself was super run down and dirty. The house is in Desperate need of a deep cleaning and updating/fixing. I read the reviews back from 2023 stating the same sentiment but I also saw the owner respond that he obtained a new cleaning company. I know I have had poor cleaning companies for my personal home so I took a leap of faith and booked anyway. The house had several things broken upon arrival. I had to wipe down counters door handles and light switches.

Family stay for college graduation

The inside of the house was very clean, the master bath and shower was really nicely done. We we're pleasantly surprised to find out that the bunk beds were double beds, and provided lots of comfortable sleeping space. The pool and back yard space was wonderful! The house had updated appliances and lots of extras in case you forgot anything. My only negative was that the toilet leaked when it was flushed, but we were here over graduation/mothers day weekend so getting anybody out to fix it was going to be next to impossible, which is understandable. The front yard could use some maintenance but the back yard definitely made up for what the front yard lacked. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions and messages. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Pros - The house is literally under a 20 minute drive from just about everything DFW airport, downtown Dallas or downtown Fort Worth, tons of golfing, AT&T/Globe Life stadiums, shopping, restaurants, and all major highways etc. On a nice quiet street as well. The house was big enough to comfortably sleep 6 adults in beds. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Cons - The pool was unusable for the first 3 days due to an algae problem, but the owner did send out a pool crew 2x and had the problem resolved for the duration of the stay. There was an issue with a toilet that was supposed to be resolved but didn't. Toilet was still functional though. Some minor things that the owner can address for a more enjoyable stay - kitchen faucet was physically unstable, just needs to be tightened down, some plates and bowls have chips in them and should be replaced, cutlery was pretty beat up and could be replaced, ensuite bathroom sink faucet handle leaks and the ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge didn't dispense ice, and the water flow was really slow.

Really enjoyed our stay. This house is in a great quiet neighborhood with quick access to everything! The kids loved the pool and there was more than enough room for everyone.

IF Gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with an amazing pool we took full advantage of! My mother, daughter and i were in town for the If Gathering at the Dickies Arena and the house was located near the arena in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was also only about 15 minutes from Six Flags which we also enjoyed. The hosts were great with communication and responded to any questions almost immediately, we will definitely book with them again!!

Close to the airport and shopping, clean and comfortable. Owner was awesome about us checking in late due to a flight delay. My only complaint is that the bushes intruded on the walkway. I got snagged a few times and tore my shirt.
