Modern Downtown Two Bedroom each with own Ensuite!

Stay in the heart of downtown St. John's in this beautiful modern 2-bedroom townhouse. This comfortable, clean, and contemporary home does not disappoint! Located just walking distance to popular shops, restaurants, and nightlife, including the Mary Brown's Centre, which is just a 3-minute walk away! Guests have access to 2 off-street parking spaces (including the garage), a rare find for downtown St. John's.

Guests will have full access to the house.

The spacious living room features high ceilings and a comfortable large sectional sofa. Also conveniently located on the main floor is a half bathroom and laundry room. The open-concept kitchen and dining area open up to the 1st of 2 decks, which guests can enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite! Great for couples, coworkers, etc., who are traveling together. The master ensuite features a beautifully tiled shower and the second ensuite has a shower-tub combo. The primary bedroom has a second deck, perfect for having morning coffee or enjoying the evening!

Great location

Very clean with good amenities. We only had breakfast at the house but the kitchen looked like it had everything necessary to cook meals. Great location for walking to St. John’s hub.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting St. John's. It was nice to be within walking distance to the harbour and many amenities. The suite was a described and nice to have to master bedrooms each with their own en-suites. It had everything we needed for a great stay!

Beautiful home. Lots of room nicely furnished. Just like being home. Off street parking a on a dead end street was nice too. Place was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will book to stay here again.

Perfect for 2 couples. The Townhouse is really nice. Comfortable, and has everything you need. Great location for walking downtown and spending the day sight seeing and hitting some pubs. If there was one thing I would have liked to have was a little guide of the closest grocery stores in the area. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Excellent for couples travelling together

The separate bedrooms a full bathrooms were amazing. Also lots of special touches to cover off things you might have forget. Enjoyed the outdoor balcony and kitchen with all the amenities. Hightly recommend this clean, modern townhome in an excellent location

Our first time in Newfoundland and we didn’t know what to expect, what a great start. This townhouse is perfect for to couples. Plenty of private space and a great set up for meal time and just hanging out after a long day of exploring. Close enough to walk George street and other great adventures. Highly recommend

Fabulous clean and well maintained property! We were two senior couples travelling together. It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms with king size beds and with our own onsite bathrooms. The additional powder room, laundry facilities, well stocked kitchen and home, and bbq on the main floor was also great to have. We felt right at home. Excellent location steps away from downtown St. John’s and convenient access to highways was fantastic!
