Escape to our private 3 bedroom garden condo in trendy Logan Square. This urban retreat offers a cozy living space with a private entrance on a quiet street, but still only steps away from the heart of Logan Square and Palmer Square Park. Spend the day discovering local cafes, restaurants and boutiques, or hop on the Logan Square Blue Line 10 minutes away to explore downtown Chicago. Book your stay for a perfect blend of city living and peaceful relaxation.


My place is great for families, business travelers, groups, or couples! With comfortable furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!

I provide the following amenities to all my guests.

- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide a keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Guest access
Guest will recieve a keypad code (keyads are located on the door) and guests will check in on their own, no assitance or in person interaction is required. it.
Other things to note
Our home is meant for people that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all of our inquiries contact us with details about their trip because want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.

Great place in a great neighborhood

Our stay was great - lovely little spot in a great neighborhood, close to trains and restaurants. No issues here, host was great at communicating and made sure we were doing okay. Would absolutely stay here again.

In the area for a baby shower. Convenient location with the necessities. Street parking was tight but Uber worked.

Great little apartment

We were looking for somewhere with more room than a hotel room, as we were staying a week. This little apartment was perfect! Walkable to several local restaurants and stores, and close to public transportation. Cute and safe neighborhood.

Great stay overall. The apartment was nice and very livable. Plenty of dishes to eat at home, but fridge was small and freezer needed to be defrosted. some measuring cups would be a nice addition. The apartment was chilly, it seems the a/c is controlled from upstairs. Location was great, easy access to public transit and very walkable. There was a bit of a delay when we arrived because the host hadn’t put our stay on her calendar. We were able to drop our bags while the cleaner worked and went for a walk and some Italian ice!

Cassandra was the ideal host

Hello, We very much enjoyed this basement level apartment for our Chicago stay! Upon arrival, an appliance was not properly functioning. We let Cassandra know and she immediately had it repaired, on a Sunday! She was great with communication throughout. We hope to return to this location again!

Check in details were late. There is a constant sewer smell of in the apartment. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The apartment is in a good location and has all the amenities. The only caveat is the steps to get into the apartment. My parents, who were travelling, struggled a bit with the lack of handrails. It's not life-changing, but something to keep in mind. The landlord had great communication skills, and very responsive to our requests.
