Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom home located in the East End of St. John's. With a capacity to comfortably sleep 8 people, this residence offers an abundance of room, ensuring everyone has their own space during their stay. Prepare to be impressed by the three distinct living areas, including a movie theatre room with a projector and 100" screen. Perfect for families, multiple groups of couples, or friends, this house guarantees a memorable and enjoyable getaway. A perfect place to stay!

- An elegant formal sitting room, offering a view of the dining room and family room below. With sliding doors that can be effortlessly closed, you have the option to create a private and intimate space whenever desired.

- A dining table that comfortably fits 8 people.

- Stunning large kitchen - perfect for making meals at home.

- Multi-purpose room with lots of light featuring a desk and chair for working and some yoga equipment.

- Primary bedroom with comfy king size bed and 55" TV.

- Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

- A games room including air hockey table and other games (not yet pictured).

- Movie theatre room with 100" screen and projector.

House was clean and was as advertised. There are a lot of steps for ordinary activity. Yard and front lawn needed attention. Host was very accommodating.

St John's whole house stay

At first, we thought the property was a little worn, but as we stayed there over our 5 nights, the property grew on us. Yes, it could use some improvement in the quality of the beds, a few more pillows, and some updated utensils in the kitchen, but our overall experience was great. It was very comfortable with our large, extended family and the addition of a media room down in the basement was a bonus. Lots of stairs and levels in the house made it unique and not for those who have trouble with steps. Our hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we would recommend this property.

This home is unique in that it has a lot of steps. Upon arrival, the initial impression is good and the cleaner had done a good job. We were a little short on blankets but overall the amenities provided were sufficient. The management company was communicative in trying to deal with the problems that we faced, at least the problems they could deal with. The property was advertised as rent free but there was dog food under the island and the furniture smelled of dog. Not optimal when we specifically booked a home advertised as pet free due to allergies in the family. There are missing screens on many of the windows and modulating temperature during a warmer than normal week lead to an influx of moths and other creeping things. We even had a bird roll in for a short stay. The water pressure is low in the kitchen specifically and filling a bath took more than 30 minutes. Thats really it, but it was enough that I wouldn’t stay there again.

The house was full of large rooms that were extremely great for the 7 of us. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed to shower, do dishes and wash laundry. Many stores a short distance away! Would certainly return if we are visiting again!
