The view on St-John’s was so beautiful, from the livingroom or the balcony. The apartment was spacious and you have all you need to spend a few days.

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Notre appart Ă©tait au 3e (pas d’ascenseur) avec une superbe vue sur St John’s et une trĂšs agrĂ©able terrasse. Propre, confortable, toutes les commoditĂ©s, cuisine biien Ă©quipĂ©e. Tranquille, Ă  proximitĂ© du centre-ville (a pieds), Ă  quelques pas d’une boulangerie/cafĂ©. Les photos reflĂštent bien l’appartement, mais il est encore mieux en rĂ©alitĂ©.

Bien mais peut ĂȘtre parfois bruyant.

Beau grand appartement, belle vue, trĂšs bien situĂ©. Mais il y a eu des fĂȘtes trĂšs bruyantes deux nuits sur quatre dans le bĂątiment adjacent Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ©, pas moyen de dormir avant deux trois heures du matin dans l'appartement 3.

Excellent Spot Downtown

Great unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, walking distance from all major attractions in St John’s. Beautiful view of the narrows and Signal Hill from the balcony and the living room.

This was an excellent choice for our visit to St John’s. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a magnificent view of the harbour. Kathie, our host was available and very helpful in getting us settled. Provided you can handle the stairs up to the apartment this is an excellent place to stay in St John’s.

This property is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants - and the view is lovely from the deck! The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and out were very easy. We rented a car for a few days and it was always easy to find parking very close by.

Very roomy with very nice couches and comfortable bed. Lots of food options, great pastry’s at Postmaster. Fantastic view of the harbour and nice size deck. Fantastic internet and TV options. This property is completely walkable for all things downtown if you have no mobility issues. Lots of stairs and steep hills. Loved it.

Place was great nice and large. Close to lots of restaurant and sights. Place needs some TLC. We had a very hard time opening and closing our door to the room so we felt a bit unsafe with it. They definitely need to do some work on the door and lock.

Great spot!

We loved our stay here! It’s ideally situated in downtown St. John’s, pretty much right in the middle of everything I like to do and see when I am here. Killer view of the narrows from your own private balcony. Actually seemed more spacious in person than in the pics. Comfy bed, clean, all amenities provided. Hope to stay again!

The apartment on the 3rd floor provided an amazing view of the harbour! The balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or breakfast outdoors, the apartment was spacious and clean! The bed was very comfortable! Great hosts!

Perfect location to explore all that St.John's has to offer

We just returned from 7 nights over the Christmas holidays. It was a perfect location as we loved walking around the beautiful heritage homes nearby that were so festively decorated. It was a quick walk to Quidi Vidi where the fireworks were held earning evening and then we could see the fireworks at midnight from Signal Hill. Close to all the restaurants as well. Kathie was very responsive to any questions.

St. John's stay

View of the harbour was very nice. Location ideal, walk to restaurants and short drive to Signal Hill. Appt itself had nice size rooms. Only thing would be the couches were older and somewhat uncomfortable, other than that good place to stay to visit St-Johm's.

Wonderful visit

My wife and I visited St.John’s to see friends and family. The location of our place was great and served well (but I knew it would be since I had grown up nearby). The view was great and parking was not difficult at all even if it was street parking. We also took in a show by the Spirit of Newfoundland which was a short walk away and a nice bonus.

It is also perched on top of Jellybean Row, at the top of the most photographed street in the City. Close to parks, coffee shops, shopping, grocery, etc.
