Overall it was a nice, pleasant, safe stay. The condo is a little dated and could use a deep clean, however, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Our host was prompt in responding to our initial concern

Great spot in Princeville. Parking can occasionally be a little iffy especially if coming back later in the evening. Within walking distance of all the necessities. The washer was a lifesaver with all of the rain and subsequent mud.

The condo is exactly as advertised. The king bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials for cooking. Just be sure to bring your own coffee pods, spices, salt, and pepper. The laundry facilities also work great.

Nothing to complain about. Only thing is there is a door connected to the other condo and if they are being loud it is quite easy to hear them. We didn’t have any issues with the 1st guests there but the second ones had moments where they were arguing with each other and we could clearly hear what they were saying. Beautiful place to regardless though and well worth the money.

The unit looked as described, but was not properly cleaned to be fit for visitors. Thick layers of dust covering the AC vents directly next to your head while sleeping and in the kitchen. Host was not responsive during the stay to remedy this. Also walls are paper thin and you will hear every breath and word that the neighboring unit emits. When neighbors are on their balcony it sounds like they are in the shower with you. Not worth is for the price.

We loved the location in Princeville. We could walk daily to the grocery store and the grounds were beautiful. The condo is clean and All appliances worked wonderfully. Plenty of pans and dishes but bring your own spices. Would definitely stay heee again.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood in Princeville for the past 10 days. This was a great spot that met our needs in amenities, proximity to beach, dining, and activities.... So many activities! We especially enjoyed the full kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, laundry in unit and convenient parking. I will take away the memories of our slow mornings out on the lanai as we planned each day. Thank you for hosting our stay in Kuaui.

Great Kauai getaway

As soon as I walked through the door I noticed that the place was spotless. I appreciate organizational skills so this was a pleasant discovery. Also, with two AC units and a washer and dryer, I felt like I was at home. Definitely recommend staying here! 10/10 amenities for the price and location.

This is the most perfect room to stay in while visiting Kauai! The condo is right next to a huge beautiful golf course in princeville, definitely the best town to stay in Kauai by far. The room was perfectly clean. The bed was huge and comfy with a big TV on the wall for movies. The A/C and kitchen were the real game changers for us. We were able to cook every single meal and save hundreds if not thousands during our honeymoon. The massage chair was the cherry on top. I hope to return to this beautiful island in the same exact VRBO!

こういった鍵が入っている箱を開けることがあまりないためか、開けるのに苦労しました。そして、鍵を開けることとその蓋を戻すのには練習が必要でした。 最悪だったのはバスルームです。こんなに古いバスルームは、初めてでした。また、シャワーの使い方がわからず、回しても水もお湯も出ずオーナーにメールで聞きました(英語が話せないため)。返信が来たのは翌日でした。 引けばよかったのですが、ものすごく強く引かなければダメでした。最初、引いたのですが、普通の力では引けませんでした。 また、リモコンは埃だらけで、触れませんでした。 隣の人の話し声がしっかり聞こえるのもマイナスですね。 でも、ものすごくよかったのは洗濯乾燥機です。新しく使いやすく、タオルや衣類を毎日洗濯できるのはうれしかったです。 サンドパイパービレッジはとても広く、プールの居心地が素敵です。屋根があり常に日陰がある場所でゆっくりするのは、心地よかったです。 プリンビルの景色や空気が大好きで、5年ぶりに来ました。 また、来年来れたらいいなぁと思っています。 ありがとうございました。
