Great stay

Quiet neighborhood, with nice relaxing backyard. Amnetities are well maintained and have many things you need or want for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to from I-49. Host is also quite pleasant, with little touch of pleasant surprise for our visit to attend a graduation. Definitely recommend for a stay, Thank you for the accomodations.

Cozy in Texarkana

It was a comfortable stay for our family. The home was clean and the perfect size. Our daughter and her best best friend were reunited after 3 years apart. The host left a special welcome basket for us knowing about the reunion. We will stay here again, next time we come back.

Great spot for someone fishing Wright Patman
 as there was plenty of parking for my truck and boat. Property was well taken care of

Good location for Fishing Wright Patman Lake

Very convenient location for fishing Wright Patman. There is room to back in a truck with a bass boat. The house is very cute and well maintained. I have this place book for the next two weekends.

Nice quiet neighborhood, very clean (and smelled great), well maintained, super cute property. The pics don't do it justice. It's small but was adequate for our family of four. Excellent amenities, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, secluded backyard with great privacy. We had everything we needed. The hosts were awesome! Excellent communication, they went above and beyond and were very kind and accommodating. We appreciated the extra thought and time and effort they put into creating a welcome basket specific to our stay. I mentioned we were bringing my twin granddaughters into town to celebrate their birthday with family and there were two happy birthday helium balloons, two colorful journal notebooks with cute pens, two happy birthday tiaras, playtime activities and an assortment of kid-friendly snacks and treats in the welcome basket along with a handwritten note. We just really loved the personal touch. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we're back in town to visit our family.
