This home is in the heart of the historic district and was just renovated top to bottom with everything new.

Although an historic home, it is fully modern and updated with new fixtures and appliances. 4 blocks to restaurants, shopping and parks.

We bought this house a couple of years ago and have just finished restoring it in June 2024. Originally built in 1900.

Master has a king bed, and the second bedroom a queen.

Two additional rentals are located close by.
Do reach out to us should you wish to rent all three properties. The additional rentals will sleep up to 10 more and is located just next door!

There`s a $120 pet fee for stays up to 28 days.
If you`re planning a longer stay, just reach out — pricing may vary a bit.

Located about four blocks from the historic Beaufort waterfront, this recently renovated home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovey house in a wonderful location

The house appears newly renovated, very clean, with a nice kitchen that made it easy to cook a few of our own meals. The location is extremely convenient, just a few short & scenic blocks walk to get downtown in Beaufort. 10/10 would stay there again.

Great location amd space

We stayed for a week dyring our spring break. The house is exactly as pictured. It is very clean, updated, and the location is perfect. We walked to downtown almost every day and loved how easy the drive was to Hilton Head and Charleston.

Cozy and modern stay in Beaufort

We had a wonderful time at this house in Beaufort! All of the amenities were modern, newly renovated, and comfortable. Being walking distance to the downtown/waterfront area was a huge plus. Checkin/checkout experience was easy and there’s plenty of parking by the property. We’d definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Great place to stay

We have been to Beaufort many times, used to have family living there. This is our first time staying elsewhere. This property is wonderful. It’s new, immaculate modern and comfortable. Host was great, no issues and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Downtown Beaufort Cottage

Cute little house in a great location. House was immaculately clean. Had all the necessities. Kitchen table had small wedge shaped chairs that were a bit uncomfortable. Definitely would be a challenge for four people to sit at and enjoy a meal or even morning coffee. Other than that, a great little house. Would definitely go back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Newest Cottage for 3 nights, and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we found the property to be exactly as described. It is conveniently located in historic Beaufort, which made it easy for our family to travel 20 minutes to Parris Island . The property was spotless and we felt right at home. It is the cutest cottage and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very comfortable stay and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Labi, for an awesome stay! If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, look no further! The host and property is superb!! I give this a 10 star review!

This was the perfect stay for us. We have been coming to Beaufort for the last 20 years, but just for weekends and stuff. This year we decided to stay a little longer and get the feel for the area. We stayed 10 days. This house gave us the perfect jumping off point to go explore. Perfect to downtown and all that it has to offer. We were here during water fest and it allowed us to wander down every night and check it out. Plus this stay allowed easy access to all the sea islands and to route 21 to take us to Hilton Head or Savannah. The house itself is or at least seems brand spanking new. Fresh and bright on the inside. Updated appliances and bathrooms and showers. Great hot water. Lots of parking off street. We loved sitting on the front porch each evening. It comes with all the necessities, even had a crockpot we used to make a couple meals in. We would highly recommend Newest Cottage Downtown to anyone, regardless of your length of stay.
