One of the attractions of this vacation home is its location within a gated community. To ensure security and to gain access to the community, guests must immediately complete the HOA application to confirm their booking. There is an application fee, which will be required via the online application and is not included in your rental rate.

This is a non-smoking property. Discovery of smoking anywhere on the premises will lead to loss of security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
Bell Tower is a secure community with an HOA application process to be completed 30 days in advance. so please plan accordingly. There is an online application that must be completed. There is an application fee that is collected during the online application process.

There is a minimum booking requirement of 30 days (or more) and the minimum booking age is 30.

This is a residential community, so please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am
