Luxury Home with incredible views. Big enough to accommodate 1 or 2 families comfortably. Spend the day on the water then come home to watch the sunset from the Balcony, soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the Game room or shoot some pool in the Billiards room before retiring to the luxury Master suite with the soaker tub and Sleep number style Bed. Both the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have King Beds. The 2 kids rooms have bunk beds and one of them has a slide! Time to make some memories!
NOTE: This is not a party house. Maximum capacity is 16 people. Parking is limited to the double wide driveway and on the street directly Infront of the house. 2 Trucks pulling trailers and 4 cars is the capacity.

We choose this property because it has the most amazing views in the perfect quiet neighborhood and was large enough to accommodate our large family and extended family during vacations.

This property sits right on the golf course overlooking the Vermillion Cliffs and Glen Canyon dam. The sunsets are spectacular! The balcony is a perfect place to sit during the evening after a day of playing at Lake Powell.
