Loft- Open Space

Parking: Parking is first come, first serve. Guests can park in either the upper lot or lower lot. Garage access for storage only. (Please no use of "toys", kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, snowshoes, skis, snowboards, etc. found in the garage)

Policies and disclosures
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-The stairs going to the upper bedrooms are somewhat steep, and can sometimes be challenging for young children, or those with mobility challenges.
-This is an older cabin and sounds travel between all of the spaces fairly easily due to its A-frame nature. Guests walking on the stairs or in the upstairs rooms may prove to be audible to those downstairs.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
