Step into a large open concept Family Room/ Kitchen where you, your family and friends will create memories for years to come. The amazing fully outfitted kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a full size side by side refrigerator /freezer, on the door ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, DOUBLE Oven (upgrade), Keurig and drip coffee makers, and an abundance of Shaker Style storage cabinets. You will love the 9 Foot Kitchen Island (with seating for 6) covered in a beautiful Corian surface perfect for eating, working, Zooming or playing games with your Family and Friends.

The Family Room features a Queen Sleeper SECTIONAL, a 65 inch Smart TV (Upgrade), (cable and internet) along with books, games, puzzles and more! “Off The Hook" also features a separate game/dining/work table for kids, adults or any individual with differing needs.

Just beyond the Family Room, you will enjoy a nice sized laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, vacuum, broom and dust pan, mop/bucket, ironing board and iron and full length mirror.

Across the Hall from the Laundry is a full size bath (bathtub/shower) connected through a pocket door to a beautifully decorated King Bedroom.

Spend your evening gazing at the Lighthouse from your front porch! In addition, this Cottage comes with an outside shower and gas grill for cooking!

The property also boasts a 30 x 50 Salt Water Community Pool (daily 9 am to Dusk, in season, May to October) The pool is surrounded by covered cabanas you can rent - each has its own TV, refrigerator and misting fan. There is an ADA friendly lift chair, bathrooms, tables with chairs to have lunch or dinner and loungers galore! The Gym is now open! 7am to 9 pm daily!
Fire pits with seating surrounding the pool are available all year.

There are 2 EV Charging Stations in the Community.

The Salty Rim, the restaurant on the edge of the Community is now open!!!

The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.
