Family getaway, Hunting/Fishing trip? There’s nowhere better than North Forty Lodge. This vacation rental sits on 40 acres, surrounded by timber and strip pits. Sitting in the heart of Kansas public hunting and fishing land, this home has everything you’ll need including a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, smart tv’s, washer/dryer, fireplace (wood included), and outdoor fire pit (wood included). House is fully furnished, stocked with bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, and all basic staples. Just minutes away from Big Brutus! This vacation rental has a maximum of 8 guests.

Please review all house rules before requesting to book property. House rules will be strictly enforced.

Owner on occasion may be on property working in a detached shop between the hours of 10am & 2pm.

Note: The exterior of this property is under 24/7 security monitoring. This is compliant with local law. Any effort to tamper with, disable, or obstruct security is a violation and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. Financial penalties for equipment damage may be implemented.

Very nice cabin with upgraded appliances, supplies and utensils. The owners were attentive, great, easy to get in contact with. A beautiful relaxing trip for my family. Would definitely do it again.

Beautiful Lodge. The decorating was out of this world! Nice kitchen and large kitchen table. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating. The host, Danny, couldn't have been better. Answered any questions very quickly. He even helped us with some restaurant selections.

Buddy Trip

The lodge was more than you can imagine. The feel, comfort and rustic decor is over the top. Close enough to town but far enough to feel like you are glamour camping. Just a great cabin/lodge and location...... and the mgr. Danny was a joy to deal with! Highly Highly reccommended.....

Beautiful Cabin

The inside of the cabin was super nice, comfortable and clean and loved the character of it. Great fire place and fire pit both with pre made fires ready to burn. Host was super communicative. Couple nice ponds with dock. Great internet. The cabin was great place to come back to after being outside all day. Highly recommend.

Perfect Lodge for a Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

Our stay at this lodge was fantastic! It was the perfect place for our two families to relax after long days at the beagle hound trials. The lodge was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained—including fishing, board games, and a Super Nintendo that was a big hit!The owner was incredibly accommodating, even coming by to unlock the storm shelter for us when stormy weather rolled in, which gave us great peace of mind. We also appreciated the small but thoughtful touches, like the labeled light switches, which made everything easy to navigate.The beautiful waterfront views made for a peaceful retreat, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!
