Relax in your 3-bedroom, 2 bath home in Pinetop. This property offers a cool, welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. It is located in a heavily wooded neighborhood that is great for long or short walks and biking. It's an extremely low-traffic area.

With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Amenities include AC, WiFi with plenty of bandwidth, a washer and dryer, hair dyers in each bathroom, room-darkening shades, USB ports, an iron and ironing board. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with seating. The other bathroom has a tub shower. Basics like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and sheets and towels are provided.

Three smart tvs offer a variety of entertainment choices. There is one in the living room, one in the main bedroom, and one in another bedroom.

High speed internet is included in your rental. Log on to your favorite streaming services using your account. There are also a number of board games to choose from.

Long term guests are welcome. Bookings greater than 28 days receive a 15% discount. If you book for 7 days, you will receive a 5% discount. There is a large pantry that long term guests make use of.

The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a toaster, drip coffee maker, four-burner stove with oven, microwave oven, blender, electric can opener, and vegetable steamer. There are some cookbooks on the counter.

Your dog will like the 20' x 40' dog run. The fence is 5 feet high. It is also connected to the porch, if you open the gate between them.

The laundry room offers a washer and dryer. It also contains a laundry sink you can use to wash small dogs.

There is plenty of parking during the non-winter seasons. There is both a circular pull-through driveway, and a back-in driveway; room for an RV and plenty of cars. Parking is much more limited during the winter; snow-plowing only provides room for two vehicles.

Inhale the fresh ponderosa pine air, and enjoy the cool mountain breezes while relaxing on the covered porch. Enjoy your dinner and a beverage on the porch at either of the two tables. Remain on the porch well into the evening: it has overhead lights that are dimmable to create the atmosphere you prefer.

The natural gas grill is always ready for your culinary enjoyment.

There are several golf courses in the area.

Woodland Park Lake is three miles away. There's a beautiful one mile long trail that circles the lake, as well as typical park amenities for families/kids. The park has a total of four miles of hiking trails.
There are lots of hiking trails of various terrains in the White Mountain area.

Hon-Dah casino is three miles away.

Sunrise Park Resort is just 25 miles south on Hwy 260.
Winter activities include skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, the park offers lift-served mountain bike trails, an air bag jump, super slide, zip-line, bungee jump, 45 foot rock climbing wall, archery, disc golf, and bouncy house for younsters.
Additionally, the Pinetop area is surrounded by several lakes that offer some of the best trout fishing in the State.

Outdoor security cameras face outward, toward the street. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They do not face the interior of the house.

There is a pet fee of $60 per stay. This fee is included in your quote when you select 'yes' to pets.
A maximum of two dogs under 50 lbs are allowed.

Please note that although the photos show a stove type fireplace in the living room, it is a gas fireplace that is currently not working, and needs to be replaced or removed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
