Prime West Plaza Location: Rent both charming bungalows, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet just a short walk from a variety of bars, restaurants, and attractions. Everything you want to experience in Kansas City is right at your doorstep!

The Space:

This unique property features two side-by-side bungalows, complete with a shared fenced yard and off-street driveway parking. Recently refreshed, these homes are located in the historic Westport area, just steps from KU Medical Center and the bustling 39th Street District. A quick 5-minute drive takes you to The Plaza, and you'll also be near Crossroads, Downtown, and other key city highlights. Enjoy the convenience of walking to a variety of restaurants and shops, with easy highway access.

Important: Sleeping Arrangement/House Layout

Please review the layout of each home before booking. Both bungalows have three beds, all situated on the second floor and accessible by stairs. The bedrooms share a single entrance, so guests in the second bedroom will need to pass through the first to reach the stairs, bathroom, and other areas of the house.

Each House Includes:

Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds: Currently, this setup creates one large bedroom with no full separation, only a doorway. We are in the process of adding a door for more privacy.
Each home comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests, including couches, one of which is a pull-out bed.
Kitchen:
Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes, and cookware, making meal preparation easy. If you prefer dining out, plenty of local restaurants are just steps away.

Living Area:
Relax in the living area with a smart TV equipped with Roku, where you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts. Please remember to log out before you leave.

Bathroom and Laundry:
Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers, along with plush bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Each home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, complete with laundry detergent.

Outdoor Space/Parking:
Enjoy the fenced-in back patio, perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors. Off-street parking is available in the driveway, though the garage is not accessible to guests. You will have one parking space in the driveway, with ample street parking available in front of the homes. Please be considerate of other guests.

Guest Access:
With this booking, guests will have access to both units, each offering its own entrance, parking, and complete use of the space. Keyless entry allows for flexible check-in and check-out times, with the code provided before your arrival.

No Parties or Gatherings
Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid blocking their parking spots or driveways
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Violating the no-party rule may result in eviction, forfeiture of rent, and a potential $2000 fine.
Local Guests: Please contact us before booking. Local guests require prior authorization or approval. We reserve the right to decline bookings from local guests who do not comply with our pre-screening process or house rules.
