The home is located in Westside - a neighborhood of Downtown Kansas City.

The home is a 3 minute walk from Kansas City's best known coffee shop, 2 minute walk to Boulevard Brewing Company and just around the corner from 28 Event Space.

The immediate neighborhood is old and quirky like the house! It's part industrial, part residential- we're nestled in among some industrial businesses and a couple of awesome neighbors.

Travelers can jump on the street car at Union Station (.9 miles from home), tour through downtown KCMO, and visit the River Market.

The Crossroads art district is a five minute drive away. There you can check out Up-Down (arcade bar), 5 star local restaurants, First Fridays (art walk) and countless local shops!

Guests can access the entire property. Parking is street parking in front of the home or in the back alleyway off street. Yard is fully fenced.

Guests who drive into KC are welcome to park along the street in front of the residence or in the back ally way for off street parking. Guests who are flying in can take a taxi, Uber, Lyft, or any ride share you prefer.

Once you are here there are plenty of ways to get around! Kansas City offers bird scooters, KC street car, RideKC, Uber, Lyft, RideKC bike and others. There are also tons of places you can get to by foot!

Street parking ONLY or in the ally way behind the house. Most guests have zero problem finding parking. It is a quiet street.

Fire pit provided in the backyard - guests must provide their own firewood.

Home is set up for 6 guests but if you want to have more there is an air mattress and couch and will need to be agreed upon in advance.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Tampering with or removing the smoking detector is not allowed.

Please be respectful and ensure all animal waste is promptly cleaned up from the yard.

There is not a garbage disposal. Do not throw waste down the sink.

Return the property to the state it was when you arrived. Treat the home like you would your own.
