Welcome to Lighthouse 817—a beautiful 1-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo with a bonus bunk room, offering 875 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests. Step inside to a bright and inviting living space, where natural light pours through the sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony—perfect for soaking in stunning Gulf views.

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing family meals, while the cozy living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a day on the beach. When it's time to unwind, the kids will love the bonus bunk room as their own special “hideaway.” The primary bedroom offers private balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like oversized shower featuring a full-body, massaging jetted shower head.

Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Lighthouse is ideally located just 0.5 miles from The Hangout and offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including two beachfront outdoor pools, two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center with panoramic Gulf views, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands.

- Bonus Room: Twin over full bunk

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Beautiful Condo With Amazing View!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Gulf Shores, AL! The property was spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning, and it was just a quick walk to both the beach and the pools. Covered parking was a great bonus. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! Our family had a wonderful time and we created many memories.

Wonderful Condo

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable bed, excellent shower and water pressure. The views were amazing and the unit had everything we needed and more. I wiuld not hesitate to stay again!

Cozy Family Spot

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. We have 2 boys, seven years apart, so they need seperate spaces. The extra room in this condo was perfect for my teenaged son to have some private space. My youngest camped out on the couch leaving the master for the adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, seeing and hearing the ocean from sun up to sun down was fabulous. We were also able to cook and enjoy meals on the balcony as a family! The livingroom was big enough for us to gather around the coffee table for a game of dominos. Overall, this is a nice cozy space right on the beach with lots of imenities on-site. My boys were always able to make friends at the pool - perfect family spot!

We loved this condo for being our first time to Gulf Shores, AL. Some things in the condo could be updated. We were not planning on spending much time in the condo, but due to excessive heat warning all week, we were glad to have a nice cool place to go. The couch was very unstable, which is probably why it was sitting on wooden blocks on the back side. There were some spots in the ceiling in the main bathroom that looked like had been damaged and never fixed. We enjoyed having essential items as far as kitchen appliances and toiletries available to us. We definitely used the washer and dryer and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Once again, some furniture could be updated. Loungers had quite a bit of rust on them. Overall, we loved how safe the condo felt and the pool and beach access being more private.

Nice place, close To alot of really good places to eat. I don’t recommend this particular room cause the bed is horrible!!!!!!!!!! The dryer didn’t work til the 3rd day there! I even had 1 Vacasa guy tell me the washer and dryer wasn’t included haha. Which was total BS. The mattress needs replaced in a bad way but other than that really nice

Great place to stay

Love the location, the unit is perfect for our needs. The only two issues we're the inability to get into unit at 4:00....code didn't work. And the outrageous cost of parking there...$40 per car. Otherwise great

Enjoy the building, not so much the room.

One toilet was broken and unusable the entire stay, the couch looked like it had blood or smeared red jelly on it in a couple of places. We turned on the jets in the jetted tub and black stuff shot out into the water making it unusable. The refrigerator is covered is a orange/red substance and appears dirty on the outside. There is mold on the wall when you walk in. Worst of all there was a giant cockroach our second night there and so we slept with the lights on. This is our second time staying at the lighthouse. Would not return to this unit. 😕

Nice place

We LOVE staying at Lighthouse! Hands down always recommend the building itself. This particular unit 817 was nice - some updates couldn’t hurt (peeling paint on ceiling in bathroom is one example) but worked well enough for us. It was smaller than I expected, so I’ll be keeping an eye on just how much space we have in the future.

We absolutely loved this place!!! Great location and the view is amazing! Super clean and everything about our experience was easy. No problems. The only reason we didn’t give this place 5 stars is the mattress was very tired. Update the mattress and it’s 5 stars all day long!!

Affordable Condo in Gulf Shores

The best part was waking up to the sound of waves each morning. Just looking outside from the bedroom with a wall of windows and seeing the beach was amazing! Loved the front row seat to the ocean and the huge back porch! The view was spectacular especially in the morning watching the sunrise. Really liked the parking options with outside and covered parking. Felt very safe and secure. Enjoyed the condominium amenities, easy beach access without any hassle, pools available for the little ones and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and stores. Would stay there again for sure!

Wish I would’ve been told there was no access to my balcony before day of check in

The balcony was being painted which I wasn’t informed about until check in day or I would’ve changed rooms. The balcony is literally why I pay for a gulf front condo. The men started working early and it was so loud we couldn’t stay in our room. The pool was closed due to hazards from the men working. I love the lighthouse and always stay there but this time was awful.
