With a full RV kitchen and bathroom , heating and AC, you'll be able to relax in any season. The bathroom is conveniently located and provides all the necessary amenities. It has an RV toilet that requires pumping foor pump to flush. . Also available is an outside bathroom and a solar shower with marvelous views. Coming soon in future will be a hot tub placed at the end of the deck. A spacious covered deck with ceiling fans overlooks a valley and a ( seasonal) pond. Fire pit and bbq area overlooks the valley below and the wildlife that frequents it. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, this fantastic rental is the perfect choice. About 3 miles from Wimberley center and all the attractions there including the Blue Hole park, Jacobs Well and numerous wineries. Or stay on your 20 acte ranchete and walk the trails and relax in a pristine natural environment. A provided smart TV can run on your cell phone or you can watch the Hill Country TV at the fire pit.
Please stay on mowed trails if you walk and beware of wildlife and the cactus and other plants and creeters that you may encounter. No driving on the property please except to and from gate on the road only.
You are likely to have the property to yourself. There is another cabin on the property about 100 yards away with trees providing a privacy buffer but it is seldom used by our family and friends. If its occupied please respect the visitors privacy as they will yours. You can walk the property but please be careful.of the various hazards, uneven ground and rocks, cactus. dry ( or water filled,) creek beds, bugs , reptiles and all the critters and wildlife that call the Hill Country home. Do not wade into the pond if it is full or partially full or if ground is wet as the ground will be soft muddy and possibly dangerous..
You can use provided stacked wood for your fire pit but please conserve wood and put fire out when you are done. A long water hose is provided at the outside back of trailer.
The outdoor solar shower is great and temperature can be adjusted as you would any shower. The water needs to be on at hose bib for shower and iutdoor toilet to work.
