Superbe villa en bord de mer à Corfou avec jardins luxuriants privés

La Villa Lefka est située sur une plage de sable à Corfou, prÚs du village traditionnel de Lefkimmi. La villa est entourée d'un grand espace vert avec des jardins luxuriants privés remplis de plantes et d'arbres. La propriété offre une vue sur la mer, de larges vérandas ombragées et des installations intérieures et extérieures de haut niveau. Une combinaison inspirée de matériaux, couleurs, éléments modernes et traditionnels crée le caractÚre unique de la Villa Lefka. Cette retraite de style unique est la destination idéale pour les familles, les couples et les groupes d'amis à la recherche d'un hébergement prÚs de la plage.

Dans la maison, il y a un grand salon avec salle à manger, cuisine entiÚrement équipée et cheminée, avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Au premier étage se trouvent un deuxiÚme salon avec un canapé-lit double, la chambre principale avec salle de bain et une chambre supplémentaire avec entrée par la chambre principale, idéale pour les enfants accompagnés de leurs parents. Plafond en bois, plancher au premier niveau et meubles anciens. Air conditionné dans toutes les chambres et le coin salon / salle à manger. La villa est idéale pour les enfants de tous ùges.

Dehors: La villa est entourĂ©e de grands jardins absolument privĂ©s immergĂ©s dans la verdure avec des pins, des peupliers et des palmiers, des eucalyptus, des bougainvilliers et des roses. Il y a un grand patio entourĂ© d'arbres oĂč vous pourrez prendre votre repas ou vous reposer sur la balançoire. Un grand barbecue intĂ©grĂ© (barbecue) se trouve dans les jardins. Les grandes vĂ©randas ombragĂ©es sont idĂ©ales pour se reposer ou dĂźner en plein air avec une vue magnifique sur les jardins et la mer. Dans les jardins derriĂšre la maison, vous trouverez de nombreux arbres fruitiers de toutes sortes (orange, figuiers, citronniers, etc.).

Relaxing holiday in Villa Lefka

This was a holiday that totally lived up to our expectations of a family holiday where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surrounds, close proximity to the beach, wonderful weather and free of the hussle of bigger centers.

En bord de plage avec un parc immense super entretenu une trÚs grande maison une magnifique terrasse Parfait pour groupe de 6, espace et intimité avec 3 salles de bain . Des espaces conviviaux pour se retrouver Des vacances idylliques dans un cadre somptueux. Véhicule indispensable.

Wonderful place

The villa is superb and in our point of view even better than the photos suggest. It is easy to communicate with the owner(s) and their responsiveness and care is superb. Nothing to complain - to the contrary, all was great!

Haus am Meer

FĂŒr uns als Gruppe von 7 Leuten war die Unterkunft ideal. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen wenig besuchten Strand. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, umgeben von einem weitlĂ€ufigen Garten. Wir haben den 14 tĂ€gigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Lefka genossen.

Ideally for relaxing and taking a break

As a group of four adults and two kids we visited Villa Lefi in April 2018 and fully enjoyed our stay. Lefkimmi is the second largest town in Corfu and located in the very south of the island. The spacious villa is well maintained, restaurated to high standards and offers everything you'll need for a beautiful and relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. Our hosts were very welcoming and decently ensured that everything was to our complete satisfaction throughout our stay. On the ground level you'll find the living room, the large kitchen and two rooms with two beds each and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. To the front side you find a large balcony which provides a table large enough so we could easily take our breakfast in the sunny morning and watch the beautiful garden with mellow lemons, plants and olive trees and the seashore to the front of the house. The first floor is mostly dedicated to the masters bedroom with a separate TV, bathroom and front balcony. Through the masters beedrom you can reach a small room with low ceiling and two more, smaller beds for two kids. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small maisonette room above the living room and another balcony to the back, which allows you to enjoy the sun in the evening. Only a few minutes drive away you'll find three rather large supermarkets (Diellas, Lidl, Dimitra) where you'll be able find everything for your daily needs for very reasonable prices. Most of the major tourist attractions are located more in the north of corfu nearby the captial city corfu town, which is a 45min drive away from the house. In the area around the house you'll have the chance to discover beaches and different opportunities for hiking the beautiful and calm landscape. Most of the time we either were relaxing at the villa with small side trips to the nearby area or we found ourselves taking larger drives towards the north of the island. I you are looking for a place for a relaxing and sunny time with friends/family nearby the seashore I can fully recommend Villa Lefka and their hosts.

La villa Ăš veramente bella! Il giardino Ăš curato e molto suggestivo

La villa Ú bella,arredata con gusto ,il giardino splendido e curato e la cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione,direttamente sulla spiaggia, Ú ideale per che vuole godere il mare ad ogni ora del giorno. Alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati ( esempio la mancanza dei box doccia)! Ma,nel complesso, villa Lefka resta una splendida opzione per una vacanza di 6 adulti a due bambini perché la stanza in mansarda con il condiviso con la camera principale e il soffitto mandardato la rendono poco adattabad una coppia di adulti

Lovely times at Villa Lefka!

We really loved it at Villa Lefka! I spent a week there with my family, and it turned out to be great for adults and kids. The beach is gorgeous and right there, the water is beautiful and super clean- great for snorkeling! I think we came after the busy season, so it was very quiet and mellow. The house is very nice and spacious, with lots of space for everybody to spread out and relax, or even do some work. There are several hang out areas inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs, the garden with fruit trees (!) in the back or in the front with lovely smelling pine trees, space to socialize or be alone, to meditate or read in a beach chair or take a nap in the shade, or sunbathe! The house is equipped with everything one needs, very clean and very tasteful furnished and decorated. We had a really beautiful and harmonious time there and I hope we can return there one day soon! The hosts were very nice and accommodating and I hope to see them again!

Vila Lefka, Lefkimi, Corfu island

Vila Lefka, situated at the sea shore a few hundred meters from the little harbour of Lefkimi is an ideal location to spend a romantic relaxing holiday. Its size was very suitable for our extended family. The garden is very large and you can relax in a hammock or enjoy the taste of fruits from the trees behind the house. Near the house is a grill were you can try to prepare some fresh fish you can buy from the fishermen in Lefkimi or from Supermarket. Inside, the house is decorated in a very inspired way, as a combination of greek traditional style, pieces of old furniture, comfort and functionality. The large living and the kitchen equiped with all necessary facilities were very helpful for us. The propery was clean and well-maintained. We received fresh towels 2 times a week. The sandy beach is just in front of the main gate. The water is blue and clear. You can admire the Pindului mountains on the continent. The villa is at the border of Lefkimi place, which is a traditional greek fishermen village. We enjoyed shopping in the village fruits and vegetables from the inhabitants in small markets organized ad-hoc in the morning. In the center of the village are small shops whith foodstaff. For big shopping you can try the supermarkets on the main road outside the village. A channel from the sea crosses the center of Lefkimi. On the left and right side of the channel you can find family restaurants and tavernas to eat. By car you can travel to other interesting locations on the island such as Kerkyra, that capital, The Achileo palace, Pantokrator mountain, Paleokastritsa, Angelokastro. From the harbour are organised cruises to the islands Paxos and Antipaxos, or to Blue Laguna.

Beautiful!!

We spent 2 weeks in August at Villa Lefka. We were a group of five adults and two teenagers. The villa is wonderful, full of every comfort, in a stunning position, just a few steps from the beach. The property was clean and cleaners came twice a week to change sheets, towels and clean the house. The owner are absolutely nice and friendly. Although it was August, the beach was pretty quiet and the sea was always calm and water warm and clean. This villa is ideal if you like to break for a while and just enjoy sun and sea. No many attractions around apart from a beach bar just next the villa (sometimes a bit noisy at night) and you absolutely need a car to move. The biggest problem we had, were mosquitos and wasps! Although the willa has nets at each window and air conditioning, it can be difficult to avoid them, especially at dawn and dusk. You definitely need a good anti-mosquito lotion and any other possible equipment to protect yourself. I recommend the villa to all those who like living right on the beach, in a quiet and authentic Greek location.

Brilliant villa for all the family

Great villa to relax and enjoy a privacy of huge garden and crystal clear, calm sea literally ten meters away. You will need a car to go to the shop (a good one is 5 minutes drive away). Charming owners, ready to solve whatever problem you may encounter. After almost a month of our stay it was still a pity to leave. Thanks for a great holiday!

Excellent villa

We had such a lovely holiday at this villa and plan to go back again year after year. It has all the mod cons you could hope for but in a very traditional environment. Very convenient and peaceful location literally metres away from a lovely beach. The villa has been restored to high standard and is ideal for those who just want to escape. The pretty town of Lefkimmi with its river side restaurants and cafes is a five minute drive away. There are ample beaches to choose from...that's if you can tear yourself away from the villa.

For a big family with a need for 4 bedrooms this is really a good choice. We were two families and could share the costs on two so our expenses were under control. Close to a lovely beach, just a few steps. All the facilities one needs in a house. But you will need a car to move around, to get there and to drive to the airport for the return (1:10h). Difficult to find something better I would guess.
