The house was clean! The area was busy but still felt safe!However, the beds were on the floor and one of them you can tell by the frame that it had water damage.The bed my sister slept in kept falling. We lifted up the mattress to see that it was broken wooden slats that were held together by strips of VelcroThere were towels in the washer that hasn’t been washed. I messaged the owner about this and they didn’t seem to comprehend what I was saying.We ended up purchasing more towels at Target just to have enough for my party as I was not going to wash towels from the previous guest.The house served its purpose but it had enough inconveniences for me to say I wouldn’t stay here again unless they were fixed.

Great stay overall. It was plenty of space for those that came to say happy Birthday to my grand daughter. Having the nice outdoor area helped. Kitched was pretty well equipped. Ali was great and very responsive with messages. I asked in advance if I could have guest.come over to say happy Birthday and he was very supportive. Cute place and close to everything. Bathrooms could have been a little bit cleaner, and tne A/C unit would not work. There were many fans provided around the house which may signal A/C was not functioning properly. Would recommend.

Great access from parking to front door. Kitchen was roomy (with some hard to open cabinets) We found it to have a strange configuration of bedrooms and quite small bathrooms. Comfortable bed. We felt safe, and it was nice and quiet. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

As advertised, spacious, comfy, cute, worked well for our group of five family members. One caveat is if we were 3 couples with two of the rooms adjoining each and the primary only accessible by going through the second room that would have been a problem, but with a couple with kids ok. Nice outdoor features and creative 1/2 bath on the main floor.

We had a wonderful time this place is extremely clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool table is a mini table which would be great for kids.

location was nice, cleanliness and quality of the locations were a little less than ideal. There were shelves that were halfway hanging off the wall from one screw, dripping behind the fridge with a puddle, and some concerns for cleanliness. Beds were well made and clean with fresh sheets thought. The AC was broken and had fans around the building which seemed the issue was known about but was not fore-warned. The electronic front door lock was not working unless we were in the house and able to lock it from indoors. The host was very very responsive to messages, but did not come to see issue about door lock and sort-of brushed it off when notified. Otherwise very pleasant and helpful. Property has major potential, just needs to be kept up with and renovated slightly.

Great experience

The property was great for my family. We really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay again. We loved the kitchen and the master bedroom with the balcony. The coffee and snacks were a plus since we are coffee drinkers, and kettle chips are my favorite!Thanks Ali !!
