Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. Host was friendly and helpful. Home was clean and in very new condition. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. We did not go to Mt. Rushmore. National park caves were closed due to shutdown. We did hiking and biking and enjoyed Custer State Park.

Wonderful host, easy check-in, peaceful setting and incredibly nice and comfortable house. The hot tub was a huge bonus and was nice and hot, which I absolutely love to relax!

We enjoyed our week in the hills! Location was perfect. Close to town while still outside of town. Everything about the cabin was just perfect. Jim was amazing to work with! Would absolutely recommend this cabin.

We Really Enjoyed this Cozy, Beautiful Little Place! It was Perfect!So close to Hill City if you wanted to run into town also had atv trails close bye.The Best Part was the Host & Hostess they made us feel So Welcomed. We Definitely will come back to this Cozy Home!!!

Location perfection

The location of this tiny home is perfect, close to town, and yet close to Custer & Mt.Rushmore. Everything you need is there, my son (14) loved sleeping in the loft. Plenty spacious for 3 of us. Hot tub and outside porch looked inviting but was raining when we were at the house! Great communication from the owner and would definitely recommend

Wonderful experience

Host checked us in and was very helpful. Very clean and had everything we needed! Hill city was the perfect place to stay to maximize our time in the Black Hills and see as much as possible. Definitely recommend this property!
