Tin Mill Cottage est situé juste à côté de Old Hill City Road sur un terrain boisé calme. Voir le cerf et la Turquie à partir du pont. Profitez de votre café le matin ou le soir rassemblements sur le pont ou dans le jaccuzzi privé fait par les terrains boisés adjacents. Spa disponible du 1er avril au 31 octobre, fermé de novembre à mars. Tin Mill Cottage est idéalement situé sur une colline surplombant la ville de Hill City, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. Tin Mill Cottage est une courte promenade à proximité de Lac Majeur pour la pêche.
Tin Mill Cottage est devenu une cabine préférée pour les familles qui cherchent un séjour abordable dans les Black Hills. Les deux chambres avec lits queen chacun et un futon dans le salon avec une cheminée électrique peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il ya une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, buanderie, AC unités murales et de la télévision par câble ainsi que l'accès à Internet sans fil. La cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle) et gril à gaz sur le pont aide à garder vos vacances à prix abordable en permettant aux repas à apporter «à la maison». Cependant, il ya beaucoup de restaurants à proximité pour ceux qui sont «vraiment en vacances!

The cottage was very nice and quiet. The back porch was nice to relax and watch the sunset. Great location to get to all the sites. Don't miss the Needles Highway scenic drive. The granite spires are awesome! We would stay again if back in the area.

I appreciated Marcia’s communications with me from the time I booked the cottage until we left. The cottage had everything we needed from dish soap to paper products. This location is excellent. Each day we explored a different location to see all we wanted. :Devil’s Tower, Spearfish water falls, Deadwood, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, & 1880 Railroad in Hill City.

Perfect place to atay

This was an amazing little place to stay. Very clean, everything we needed, and a quiet place to relax. We really enjoyed feeding the deer carrots. Communication with owner was fantastic. We will certainly stay again!

Tim Mill cottage stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tin Mill cottage. The owner Marcia was so helpful along the way and was quick to respond to any questions! We stayed with our 4 young children and it was in a quiet area where they could have space to run and explore nature. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!!

Quick trip

This property provided a perfect location and easy access to the points of interest. Fully stocked kitchen, however we used only a few cups and bowls during our stay. Linens were nice, house was very clean and plenty of room, there were 3 of us, all adults. We enjoyed sitting outside for a few hours one day. I would stay again!

Thanks for the 5 star review of the property! To clarify for others, it really isn't in the middle of the city. It is located at the edge of town on a wooded lot but it is easily accessible to the local town's main street district.

Great stay in Black Hills!

We had a great time on our trip and this was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the kids enjoyed the yard. This may sound silly, but also loved that they had good TP. :-)
