One of a Kind Luxury, Huge 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain w / deux balcons Oceanfront!

Cette suite de 4 chambres au 7ème étage est en bord de mer et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo comprend deux chambres à coucher, deux avec lits king size, une avec accès au grand balcon en bord de mer et une grande salle de bains principale w / comptoirs en granit, double lavabo, une grande baignoire jacuzzi, une douche séparée et un walk-in ainsi comme revêtement de sol de carreaux; tandis que l'autre propose une salle de bains spacieuse avec son propre balcon en bord de mer privée et entrée privée dans le condo. La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en un roi, et la salle de suite avec deux lits doubles, ainsi que deux autres salles de bains. Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen size, TV à écran plat, taille laveuse et sécheuse, et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, ce condo crée un s��jour grand et spacieux pour vous et vos invités.

Le complexe est situé au cœur du Grand Strand dans une section orientée tout à fait la famille de la plage. La salle Cypress est un restaurant primé sur place qui sert le petit déjeuner et le dîner avec des options disponibles sur la terrasse et au bar de la piscine pendant le déjeuner les mois d'été. Sur place, le complexe de la piscine intérieure et extérieure qui comprend une rivière paresseuse, trois piscines, spas, pataugeoire pour les enfants, et les formations cascade / rock donnant sur la plage avec un centre de remise en forme et le bronzage pelouse.

Great lady vets getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as nice as advertised. Very beautiful resort and since it was off season, very quiet and relaxing as well,. Tons of space and all the amenities were great. Except we couldn't use the gym. Apparently you need a special key which we didn't get. We had to take out our own trash though since 9:00 on Sunday is too early for maintenance to do it and we didn't want to leave it.

Thanks for the review. You do have access to the gym but just need a key card. The front desk gives key cards that work the front door after midnight and the gym. For the trash, you just need to call the number provided in your check in letter and leave it outside your room. The trash will then be picked up for you. I hope this helps and we hope to see you back soon!

Spacious condo for families

We have always stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and have rented from other companies. We needed a 4 bedroom condo this year and were happy to find one available through Luxury Beach Rentals. We were very happy with the 4 bedroom condo and would rent it again, but there were things that need some repairing and attention. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom that can also be rented as a single unit. This particular room did not seem to be as clean and as well maintained as the rest of the condo. Our shower curtain had a great deal of mildew on it. The cleaning crew should have never left it in this condition. We cleaned it with cleaning wipes that we brought along and it came right off. It would have only taken a cleaning crew about 5 minutes to take care of the problem. The room has its own ac unit and is not controlled by the unit that controls the rest of the condo. There was mold on the vents and again, we had to clean it ourselves with the cleaning wipes. There were a few spots of what appeared to be blood on the duvet cover and the duvet itself needs some attention as it is very "lumpy" and uneven. This room just didn't seem to be "up to par" as the rest of the condo was. It is a very spacious condo and was very well equipped with towels and washcloths, and the kitchen was very nicely stocked. We would definitely rent it again, but would feel a little better about the rental price if these small inconveniences could be addressed.

One notable exception was that the Island Vista building was managed by a different group from the one we rented the specific unit from as a result, we were often told by the resort stay off that we were “off unit” and as such, were not eligible for certain amenities. This became very problematic when there was no access to bellboys or luggage racks.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the smoke smell on the ocean view. We have never had a complaint like this before and did not smell anything when cleaning. We assume this must have been someone on a nearby balcony which is not allowed. The resort has just changed its rules to not allow smoking on balconies. Pool area was very nice as was the beach. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar and having pizza delivered to our unit on the night we arrived was nice (we didn't have to go out after driving all day). I would say that parking was very tight and there are no luggage carts for you to use upon your arrival. You have to carry everything to your unit in your arms. Overall, a good time was had by all and the condo met our expectations.

The posting for these activities were posted in the elevators were the kids could read about them. The front desk stated you chose not to participate. Very disappointing for the kids. Found a beach towel under the sheets of one of the beds, were the sheets changed?

UNHAPPY CAMPERS!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, Island Vista does not feel "contractually obligated" to provide bell service. Nor do they provide linens or towels. In other words, you are completely on your own by renting from anyone other than Island Vista directly. The heater/A/C unit in #720 didn't work, the phones weren't connected to Island Vista, the TV in the master bedroom had nothing but snow on it, and we found a cockroach as we were packing out! I've sent emails to Red Awning and to Luxury Beach Rentals detailing our complaints, but no response! Oh, and the Island Vista staff assured us that if we had booked directly thru them we could have gotten all the services AND paid far less!! Oh, and we're not from "emeryville" wherever that is.

Hi Vicki, first I am very sorry you feel this way. We did not receive any emails or phone calls from you. We respond immediately to any needs from our guests as guest satisfaction is our number one priority. You did not book through us but a third party, maybe that is who you were emailing. That being said all of our units come with a Luxury Linen package so you do not need to bring linens. We sent our AC company out after seeing your review and the AC unit in 720 was working well. The controls are a bit different from a standard thermostat so maybe that was the issue. I wish we had spoken to you as we could have easily let you know how to operate it. We also provide two beach chairs and an umbrella which you would not get by renting directly. You will always pay the lowest possible rate when booking with us. Please feel free to call us directly at anytime as we are happy to address any concerns.
