Votre maison de vacances Margate est vaste et parfaite pour toute la famille! Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine suivent un plan d'étage ouvert avec vue sur l'océan et la plantation avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil! Avec 4 chambres et 3 bains, il y a un endroit confortable pour tout le monde! Toutes les chambres ont une télévision et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est incluse!
Chacune des quatre chambres est unique avec son propre motif professionnel décoré sur le thÚme tropical!
Les améliorations supplémentaires de l'unité comprennent un comptoir en Corian, des appareils électroménagers récemment remplacés et une cuisine équipée avec ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et ustensiles.
Votre condo avait du parquet dans les parties principales, de la moquette dans les chambres et du marbre dans les salles de bain. La superficie intérieure est de plus de 2600 pieds carrés!

Votre oasis de vacances est située dans la célÚbre station fermée de Myrtle Beach, KIngston Plantation, une communauté planifiée de 145 acres. Il a 23 acres de lacs ensemencés et de sentiers de randonnée entourés de jardins magnifiquement entretenus. La communauté possÚde un demi-mile de larges plages de sable blanc, deux piscines et un bain à remous exclusivement pour les clients Margate et une promenade qui relie la propriété le long des dunes préservées. Nos hÎtes ont accÚs l'été à deux chaises et un parasol mis en place et réservés par les sauveteurs.
La Margate Tower, la plus haute tour de luxe en bord de mer de Kingston, propose une piscine à deux niveaux avec cascade, la piscine supérieure est chauffée, un accÚs facile au parking couvert et un gardien 24h / 24 dans le grand hall en marbre.

Great place for family

Wow, this condo is definitely on the 19th floor. It was a great place for our family to get together. Plenty of room for six adults and two children. It is clean and up-to-date.

Our July Family Vacation

The condo was great and our family plans on renting it again next year! Plenty of space and with four bedrooms if offers a place for peace, and to get out of the way of others when you have a big family. The condo was very clean and updated. We rented three condos for the week in the Margate and this was the best one!

Awesome location, accommodation and private resort! Great location with easy access to the beach and private pool / hot tub. Property was very quiet and clean. Great Week Stay!!

1909 was an awesome place to stay in Kingston Plantation. The westward view from the balcony had beautiful sunsets. The unit was very spacious and fit two families very comfortably. This is our second stay at the Margate Tower and both times have exceeded our expectations. The water park (not included with the stay) was a great place for the kids to play. The Black Drum Brewery wasn't built the first time we there, and the food and craft beers were fantastic. Kingston Plantation is a great place to stay. We will definitely be back and a stay at the Margate Tower will be at the top of our list.

Very familiar with this property having been numerous times .. nice to have chairs and umbrella for the beach. It may be time to invest in some new sheets and bedspreads /comforters.... they all seemed tired ... Aside from that the condo met our expectations!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

Condo was clean, well maintained and very well stocked with lots of towels, linens, etc. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (pots and pans are always an issue because people don’t take care of them - but they were all in decent condition). Only complaint, and this has nothing to do with verbose or the property owner, but kids aren’t allowed to play with any pool toys at the pools. So relaxing by the pool was worthless with the kids unable to play. (But apparently kid floaties are ok?).

Accessible and convenient

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and is much larger than we expected. It was nice that we didn't hear people next door or walking above us. We traveled with our one year old and his grandparents. We were able to spread out when we needed to and have family time when we wanted to. Debra was very easy to work with and provided very thorough instructions for all things relating to the condo, pool, beach, etc. The only downside was that the heated pool and handicap (stroller) ramp were under construction. Getting the beach cart and stroller to the pool and beach proved to be a bit of a challenge. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation spot, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!!

Not the usual Margate standards in my family’s opinion for multiple reasons!

Was not oceanfront and barely even an ocean view! The condo was nice and a good size but had not been cleaned recently! The ac did not cool at all in the master bedroom and other bedrooms were not as cool as living room area! The refrigerator did not cool very well and the freezer did not make enough ice or keep items frozen! Love the Margate but very disappointed this year with this particular condo!

We love being in an oceanfront condo building which has its own pools and beach access. The ocean view balcony also has a plantation view of the beautifully landscaped property. It also affords nightly views of spectacular sunsets. The resort paths and the beach provide areas to walk and enjoy.
