Cedric’s property was absolutely perfect for our family weekend getaway! Communication was great, they even went out and bought shampoo when we asked if there was any on property. It was perfectly located, 10 minutes from where we were meeting with family. We loved that there were ceiling fans in every room for those hot Kentucky days and nights. The dining room table was spacious enough for 5 of us to eat at and play dominoes! 5 stars all around, we will definitely stay here again when we are next in town! Thank you for your hospitality!!

We were going to a concert at the Dam, this property is around 1/2 from the Dam, which fir us was PERFECT. The house VERY CLEAN and VERY well stocked. They had just finished putting in a patio out back the we arrived. It is very nice, we spent one entire evening at it. DEFINITELY would recommend this place. We plan on coming back

Home!

A true home away from home! Comfortable beds and couch, beautiful decor and amazing owners who were on top of everything. The AC broke the night we checked in during heatwave and by next day they had window units installed in bedrooms and indoor unit in kitchen until repairman could come out to fix the central unit. Big driveway and grassy lot in quiet area. Church is behind property so we got to hear the bells go off during the day and thought it was beautiful.

Nice clean home with some updated amenities. The front door lock is frustrating but we eventually figured it out. The home is clean but small and very limited space in the bedrooms. There’s not much for enjoying the outdoors but it rained while we were there. It’s not the homeowners fault but the neighborhood cats definitely use the landscaping as a litter box. The smell was too much to handle. It’s an older home but has some updates done to it. The walls are paper thin and it’s located right next to a church so bells ring every hour. Neighborhood seemed safe and it was conveniently located. We would definitely stay again for a short trip.

Great get away from Georgia

We were there to actually deer hunt and needed a place close by to stay. I really enjoy my time away so this home worked perfect for us. It was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and has a nice home feeling. I could live there. The beds were so very comfortable. It was very well stocked up. This home is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of downtown. I would highly recommend renting this home. The host was extremely generous and quick to respond. I Will be staying there again next trip.

This home was amazing, very comfortable and perfect place for my family to relax. It was clean and equipped with all the comforts of home with so many extras. Melissa the host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in providing local information for our visit. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Fantastic "Home Away From Home"

My two sisters and I (along with a niece) were visiting the area to attend a school reunion and visit family. We were looking for somewhere we could relax and enjoy our time together. This place was perfect. It was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Our hosts were responsive to our every need. I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
