Fermer à pied de la plage, avec véranda grillagée et cuisine et bains mis à jour!

Mise à jour de la location de vacances de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans un quartier résidentiel calme à quelques pas de la plage. Ce duplex au rez-de-chaussée regorge de logements mis à jour et est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et de Breach Inlet. L'unité à l'étage n'est pas une location et est réservée exclusivement à un usage familial occasionnel.

Le porche avant dispose d'une douche extĂ©rieure fermĂ©e avec eau chaude et froide. Un porche grillagĂ© privĂ© et spacieux se trouve Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison, avec un barbecue Ă  gaz et des meubles pour manger en plein air et se dĂ©tendre. Les unitĂ©s de laveuse / sĂ©cheuse sont derriĂšre des portes couvertes sur le porche. Il y a une cuisine mise Ă  jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit facilitant la cuisson Ă  la maison. De plus, chaque chambre et le salon ont un cïżœïżœble Ă  Ă©cran plat. Wi-Fi et draps inclus.

No complaints. Weather perfect for beach stroll on Sunday, but Old Man Winter arrived on Monday. Turns out we didn’t need the paper products & hair dryer on the list of things to bring. This place is comfortable & inviting. Thank you for the opportunity to have us.

3rd Stay at this property - pleased again!

Good location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach, bedroom and bathroom layout works perfect for our family of 5. Open kitchen / living room is great for family time together. Outdoor shower is convenient when returning from the beach. Do be aware that there is an upstairs unit above this one but it was not an issue for us.

Great Graduation Weekend

My clan and I descended upon the Charleston area for a few days to celebrate my younger son's graduation. It was a delight to stay so close to the beach and have a place to hang during down time — close to good restaurants and (again) close to the beach. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and close. Thanks for everything.

Perfect beach house!

The beach house was the perfect location 10-20 minute drive to restaurants and shops. 35 minutes to down town Charleston. A very short walk to the beach. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, screened porch with grill , outdoor shower, and comfy beds. We had the opportunity to meet the owner's and they were so nice. Will definitely rent again.

Isle of Palms Summer Vacay

The vrbo for this trip was truly convenient to the beach and dining. There were a couple of drawbacks about the place itself that would be easily rectified. First, the televisions throughout the place are small and outdated. The one in the living room I couldn’t get to turn on even after following their instructions. Secondly, was the overall smell of the place was musty. My wife describes it as smelling old. After some incense and turning down the air conditioner it improved. Beyond those two things it was a wonderful place to stay.

The house is perfect for our family of 5 since the 2 older kids could have their own bedrooms. House location is just a short walk to the beach and is a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, etc. Very convenient. The house also has an outdoor shower which is very handy when you get done with a long day at the beach.The property description is very accurate and the management company was very responsive and their communication was great. I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this house and we would stay here again.

Veryclose to beach, a short walk to a few shops and restaurants and easy access to either bridge for farther ventures. The outside shower is handy and always a feature I like to have at a beach house. The grill and screened in porch was used daily, though with such humid weather it was hard to dry out damp towel in this area. Handy full size laundry in this area also. Home has many kitchen utensils and dishes, almost to many since there was not an empty cabinet to put any food in. We left all our items on the counter. Some basic items like salt, pepper, sugar a few spices would be handier than a tea set. Refrigerator makes lots of ice! Cold drinks a plenty. An upgrade to the common room TV really is a must! Even at the beach we would have like to watch a movie in the evening on a BIGGER screen. The bedroom TVs are small computer monitors we never bothered to even try them. The large dining table worked well for meals and cards we brought. Games would be nice too. There were a few puzzles and I think scrabble but we didn’t want to sit outside to do a puzzle in the heat and were eating at the other table. It’s best feature is location. Has plenty of parking, closet and drawer space. There were a couple of old beach chairs but no sand toys or umbrella. Recommend the Acme Low Country Kitchen and Spread Bagelry in Mt Pleasant. Enjoy your stay....the walk to the beautiful beach is short.

Great space and location, some minor annoyances

Pros: Amazing location near the beach, roomy space and a fabulous porch. Outdoor shower is a big plus. Cons: Owner stayed above us, loud and running footsteps early in the morning. Was missing some essentials like multiple pans, aluminum foil, trash bags, etc. Overall: Had a great stay here, but some things could’ve certainly been improved.
