SĂ©journez dans l'un des complexes les plus populaires de Wild Dunes! Ce condo surĂ©levĂ© de trois chambres et trois salles de bains en bord de mer a la commoditĂ© d'ĂȘtre Ă  quelques pas de l'ocĂ©an et d'avoir Ă©galement une belle piscine communautaire. Le sol et le mobilier sont mis Ă  jour dans toutes les chambres et les espaces de vie. La piscine communautaire extĂ©rieure et la promenade d'accĂšs Ă  la plage sont juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du complexe de bĂątiments. Profitez de la brise de l'ocĂ©an et des vues sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique depuis le porche filtrĂ© ou le balcon principal.

Le premier étage comprend une chambre, une salle de bain complÚte, une cuisine, un coin repas et un espace de vie magnifiquement conçu avec une télévision par cùble à écran plat et un accÚs direct à une véranda grillagée. Le deuxiÚme étage abrite deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. La suite principale dispose d'un balcon privé avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Stationnement hors rue disponible. Wi-Fi et linge inclus. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Ne pas fumer.

Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The views are nice but it needs a revamp. Ceiling paint peeling, needs a deep clean and updated baths. Thw furniture is "tired" and there is an odd smell. We were here during a deep freeze and found the heating unit could not keep up with the cold. It ran constantly but didnt keep us warm enough downstairs, while the master bedroom was too warm. They definitely need humidifier on the unit in the winter. We enjoyed time as a family but we won't be staying here again in it's current cindition.

Fantastic location, but...

Beautiful artwork!Unit needs some attention: broken dining chair so only seating for 5, living room accent chair is thoroughly stained, pillows on every bed were flat and need replacing, all four queen beds desperately need toppers as mattresses were very uncomfortable. Bathroom showers need updating. Shower curtain rods are rusty. Front bedroom windows were unable to be opened. Lower bedroom window was painted shut. Upper bedroom window crank was broken. No one responded to open or repair. Upon arrival screened porch floor and tables were not clean. All simple issues to address and make guest stay more enjoyable.Overall a great week as the location and ocean views are the best!
