Oceanview 3 bedroom, 3 bath, townhouse style elevated condo is perfectly situated in one of Wild Dunes most desirable locations. The outdoor community pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled), lush tropical surroundings, and the ocean are within direct view of your porch.

The spacious and comfortable screen porch overlooks the beautiful pool area located directly behind the unit with direct access to the beach! Open concept kitchen/dining/living space, featuring wood pine flooring. The bathrooms boast granite countertops, and tiled floors. The bedrooms are carpeted (brand new carpet and paint 2024), and each have access to their own bath! Come enjoy island living at its best! Wireless internet & Linens Included. No smoking or pets permitted. No elevator in the Beach Club Villa Community. First level is ground level, the living space starts on 2nd level (stairs to access front entry)

2024 beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed @ 59 beach club villas from 8/10-8/17 The villa was very clean & very nice . We were all adults staying here & had plenty of room. The master bedroom has a balcony u can sit on it and have your coffee while watching the ocean or the sunrise.There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing serious. I did call & report the issues with the lamps in the master bedroom just so they were aware . Didn’t have them fixed while we were there as I didn’t use them, The toaster we had was a 2 slicer that didn’t work, I called and had a 4 slicer brand new toaster delivered the same day.A few issues with the lamps in the master bedroom but never used them.This place has a nice pool. There are pool noodles, beach chairs, and a boogie board for guests to use.Make sure u pack sunscreen &. Bug spray as the mosquitos are bad.This place could add a colander to their pots & pans as there isn’t one in the place.All in all we had a good time staying here. We had great weather it only rained one day. Oh yeah I want to mention you can hear bull frogs . I would definitely consider staying here again. We left this as we found it - clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Beach Club Villa 59 was mostly great. The location is wonderful - near the pool and beach. The villa itself is tired. There are lots of small annoying maintenance items that should be taken care of regularly, but are not. The dishwasher filter had not been cleaned in years, so the dishwasher water backed up into the sink. Once we cleaned the filter (which was disgusting), the dishwasher worked as intended. The upstairs bathtub door does not open or close. We were afraid to push it too hard as it looked like it could have fallen out. The bathrooms need a good cleaning with steam or bleach or both. Lots of mold growing in the grout and around fixtures. Before you say that I don't know what I am talking about, my parents were one of the first year-round residents in what would become Wild Dunes. Every summer all the grandkids had a spray bottle of water and bleach to get rid of mold that grows everywhere. The condo does not sleep 8 adults as 4 people need to share the two double beds in the downstairs bedroom. Maybe that configuration would work for a family or all kids in that bedroom. We've stayed twice in this unit and I doubt we'd book it again.

It was a beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet condo. The pool was right out the door from the screened in porch, and the walkway to the beach was right next to the pool. The bedrooms were all good sized and the beds were all comfortable. we will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and pool area from the deck off the master bedroom. As long as you don't have any problems going up and down steps, this is the place to stay!
