Your feedback was a massive wake-up call for us, and we wanted to let you know that we have officially addressed every single issue you mentioned: Maintenance & Security: The front door knob and the powder room door have both been fully repaired and secured by a professional locksmith. Fresh Paint & Touch-ups: We took the house off the market for a few days to give it the deep TLC it deserved. It has been freshly painted throughout, with all those minor scuffs and touch-ups completely taken care of. Window Treatments: We completely ditched the fragile blinds and replaced them all with brand-new, durable curtains so you have full privacy. We also made sure all curtains in the house were properly steamed and hung. The Yard: We have personally gone through the fenced yard to ensure it is completely clean, and we’ve updated our cleaning protocol to ensure our team thoroughly checks the yard after every single guest. The House Rules: We sat down and completely rewrote our welcome packet to eliminate any confusing or contradictory information. We love being hosts, and your review truly helped us get this property back to the high standard our guests deserve. Hi, Jane. I apologize for the issue; The cleaner said the washer machine delayed the laundry. And I didn't realize you had a pet since you didn’t include the pet in the booking. I did sent message to ask you for permission of digging French drain. It had always rained which delayed our French drain project. We waited two weeks for the ground to dry. Thanks for mentioning dirty dish charge, We had issue with some guest pile dirty dishes full in Sink. and left over food. The cleaning team will charge $50-$100 extra for that. any way I removed this charge from the house rule since it bothers you. Thank you for the stay. We are try our best to make house comfortable for our guest.

Our clear house rules and fines are strictly in place to prevent unauthorized parties and protect the property, which aligns with both our policies and VRBO's strict rules regarding unregistered guests.
