Here's a quick guide to help you navigate the space:

Ground Floor:
- Garages for 2 cars attached to the main entrance hallway
- To the right: Open-plan living room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen
- To the left: Hallway leading to a bedroom, restroom, and basement access
- Kitchen can be accessed directly from the entrance via left hallway

Upper Floor:
- Access via internal staircase backside of the fireplace
- Primary bedroom - Suite with attached full bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate full bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2

Additional Information:
- Tap water is drinkable (sourced from a well with additional filtration)
- Climate control is remotely managed and can be adjusted upon request
