Guest Access and Amenities

Guests have their own dedicated parking on the side of the house, leading to stairs and a scenic path to their private front door. Enjoy full access to your front yard, complete with a patio, hot tub, and a unique dome, perfect for relaxation and stargazing.

A smart lock with keyless entry at the front door provides secure access with a four-digit code valid only during your stay, ensuring peace of mind. The code is erased upon checkout, maintaining security for all guests.

Guests have full access to this level and parking spaces. The owner lives on the top two levels when not traveling. There is no shared space between the lower and upper units.

They is another level below you (lake level) which we share with our neighbors. However the dock is not shared. That is private property, please do not trespass. There is a boat launch down the street with easy access to the lake.

Interaction is primarily through the app, where I am available to assist you. We can discuss specific interaction preferences on a case-by-case basis to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This ensures clear communication and flexibility, catering to your needs while providing privacy and convenience.

You will be staying in the ground level of our recently renovated, spacious, and light-filled three-story home. This area features a master bedroom with a sliding door, a living room with double French doors as the front entrance, and large windows with high ceilings for plenty of natural light. No shared spaces.

Outside the French doors, you`ll find a generous bricked patio and walking path leading to your expansive front yard balcony area. This space includes a unique garden dome and a sizable lawn.

The entire level, including the dome, is exclusively yours. While occasional lawn maintenance may occur, you will be notified in advance. For your convenience, trash can be disposed of in the grey bins opposite the dome.

Important House Rules
Supervision Required: The backyard opens to the lake and nature; please supervise children at all times.
There is a dock on the lower level, nearest the water. This does not belong to us and is private property. Do not trespass please.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. A fee will be assessed for any clogs.

No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are not allowed. No exceptions.

Check-In/Out: Check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 10 AM. Self-check-in with Smart Lock.

No Shoes Indoors: This is a no-shoes house. A $10 fee will be charged per carpet/rug stain.

Additional Rules
Noise: Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Violations may result in police involvement and termination of your reservation.

No Mailing Packages: Do not mail packages to the home.
Respect the Community: Avoid excessive guests and loud noise.

Penalties
Stolen Towels: $10 per towel.
Smoking in Home: $150.
Lost Keys: $50.
Late Checkout: $75 without consent.
Excessive Guests: $50 per guest.
Excessive Cleaning: $150 if the place is left filthy.
