Guest Access:

The main entrance is at the left of the house.

On the morning of your check in you will receive the combination for the smart lock.

The beach access is right at the edge of your back yard and is shared with another unit.



Other Things to Note:

Beach access is shared with Cottage 14. Don't be allarmed if you see other people using the stairs to the beach.

Our family of 4 loved our stay here! Located on a quiet road, this is a cozy cottage is well-equipped with all you need. The water access is great and the view is beautiful!

Great family vacation

Had a great stay with our 2 young children who loved the yard, beach access and bunkbed. The house was well stocked (the toys were an added plus for the kids) and well located. Lovely quiet private cottage. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend to family and friends!

This location is fabulous. We didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the space inside and out and loved the waterfront experience where you could swim and search for treasures right outside the back door. The hosts were amazing and truly want visitors to have a wonderful stay. They provide towels and linens and offer the laundry for convenience too. The beds are comfy and everything is clean and welcoming . The kitchen as equipped to cook full meals at home with a dishwasher for easy clean up. There’s a great outdoor deck and seating and a space for families to play bocce or be active if that’s your thing. There was an adorable fire but with Adirondack chairs that we sadly couldn’t use due to a fire ban but an incredible asset with marshmellows sticks provided:). I loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat for the quiet, excitement and spectacular views. We hope to be back. Thanks!

Great cottage, beautiful location

Juan’s cottage is beautiful and in a lovely location. We were a group of 5 including children and really appreciated having beach toys and on-site laundry provided. The deck is UNREAL! Parents enjoyed many cups of coffee before kiddos were awake and a glass or two of wine when our little ones went to bed on the comfort of the deck. If we were going to change anything it would be adding more towels, and a few basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. Other than that, the property is perfect as is and Juan is a perfect and communicative host. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Wonderful location - okay amenities

The house is very well located, right on the beach where you can go for long walks at low tide. The house was smaller than it appears on the pictures but still a decent size so no issues. Neighborhood is also very peaceful and just 10 mins away from downtown Charlottetown. Amenities were okay although the kitchen could use a few more items (measuring cup, scissors, etc.) and an update to some of the utensils. Main complaint however would be around the lack of basic staples such as salt, pepper, sugar, toilet paper, etc. i.e. items that you don't want to have to buy in bulk for only a few days (most other places we stayed at in the past always have these supplied). Finally there was a sign of no cooking seafood in the house, which I somewhat get given the potential smell, but given that this is the Maritimes then I would expect seafood cooking as somewhat of a given in that region. Overall however a nice stay!
