Perched at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, our townhome comes with a private hot tub, fireplace, and an open spacious design. Walk to restaurants and new distillery, only 20 to 25 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, only 20 minutes to airport, 15 from downtown, and 30 to Park City. Fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs. Nudged up against the beautiful Wasatch mountains, it`s a perfect home base for a family or group vacation.
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

The Condo was perfect for our stay. Nice location for access to many ski resorts and a couple good restaurants walking distance. The home could use a few upgrades, but I believe price reflected the home. Host was extremely responsive. Overall, great stay!

This was the most dated/worn property we have ever stayed at. The couch had tears in it, the couch pillows were torn with stuffing coming out, the door into the master had cracks/holes in it, the downstairs bathroom had a hole in the wall from the door handle. Outside of that all of the finishing felt as cheap as could be
.from sheets to blankets to toilet paper. The kitchen lacked basic supplies like a pasta strainer or a baking sheet large enough to cook a pizza. The grill on the patio did not have a starter in it to light. This property requires significant maintenance and upgrade investment to bring it up to even an average standard. The only plus for this property was the location. Outside of that it was a terrible vacation experience.

Great location and layout. Lots of room and high ceilings upstairs and down made it feel even bigger. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was as expected. Not updated, but price reflected this. Clean and comfortable. The bonus room (with the twin beds on upper floor) got pretty hot, but there were several fans on site.

There was an issue with the prior guests leaving the property on time and we were moved to another property that the owner has. It met pur needs and we were thankful they could accomadate us for the weekend.

Nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood!

The house is large and roomy! Everything was clean and ready when we got the there.Our host Drew responded quickly when contacted him. The house is starting to become dated! Its clean but the rugs and furniture in the living area is dated. The kitchen is well stocked, but dated.

Great Space, Even Better Location

Overall this was a great rental. Super great location and nice new hot tub. Great for families. Only suggestion I would make is kitchen didn't have any paper towels or tabs for dishwasher. Adding just a few everyday use items would make it easier to come in and just enjoy.

Wedding weekend

I got this place for my daughter and new son-in-law and their four and two year old for their wedding weekend. They were getting married at Stone Mountain and this was the perfect location to be at the night before so that we could have dinner with them and go over the last-minute plans and then meet them there in the morning to head up the canyon. Then they got to stay there for their honeymoon night. The place was perfect. It couldn’t have been better! Very clean, comfortable and easy. 10/10 would recommend!

Location Location Location

We are a family of 4 adults and we enjoyed our stay. Very close to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, and right around the corner from our favorite restaurant, The Porcupine. This 4 bedroom townhouse is dated - this is not a luxury accommodation, but it is very clean and very well laid out. We would definitely stay here again, and very likely will try to stay here again next ski season.

Big enough for families

We had 2 set of Grandparents plus family of 4 stay here during Archery Nationals in Sandy, Utah. It was wonderful. Enough room for everyone without stepping on toes. And it was within 10 to 20min from stores and restaurants. Very clean property.

Great location for skiing UT pow

Great value and described accurately. Great location convenient for either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Furniture etc not all updated but this condo is priced accordingly. Private hot tub was great after a day of skiing! We would stay there again and Drew and his team were great to work with.

Ski Trip Review

We stayed at the location for a ski trip and were thrilled with our choice. The quality of location cannot be overstated. Brighton/Solitude were only 25-30 minutes away and Snowbird/Alta were only 15-20 minutes away. We were walking distance to 3 restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed each of them. It was really nice to leave the car in the garage for the night. Plenty of space in the unit and all 4 of us got our own bedroom. Highly recommend!
