Relax with the whole family at this peaceful mountain retreat close to Seven Springs, PA. Love the outdoors, this is the perfect location for your stay. Our home, located in a quaint small town of Champion, is close to ski slopes, golf courses, state parks, trails, and much more. Enjoy our cozy 3bd/2ba, spacious living area w/cathedral ceilings, loft area, deck, community pool, and tennis courts. Explore the surrounding areas or stay w/in the neighborhood community to enjoy a tranquil getaway.
This 3BD/2BA will be yours to enjoy! The nicely furnished condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Read more about the space below:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
(2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
(3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval.
(4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology.
(5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
(6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
(7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund.
(8) NO PETS POLICY: Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
(9) NO DUMPING or THROWING anything off the deck. Any violations will incur a $500 charge.
(10) Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
