Un hébergement somptueux dans la seule communauté fermée du Seven Springs Resort dans les Laurel Highlands de l'ouest de la Pennsylvanie! AccÚs au ski depuis le pont arriÚre! Avec un téléski privé pour la communauté fermée, un service de navette gratuit pour la station et l'accÚs au centre de loisirs de Southwinds avec une grande piscine extérieure, un bain à remous, une salle de jeux et un centre de remise en forme, c'est un endroit privilégié pour une escapade à tout moment de l'année!

Grande maison de ville de trois chambres et trois salles de bain offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec des téléviseurs à écran plat, deux foyers au gaz, des comptoirs en granit, une climatisation centrale pour le confort d'été et de nombreux hébergements pour dormir. Le niveau d'entrée dispose d'un garage simple. Le deuxiÚme niveau offre le salon, salle à manger, cuisine, une chambre avec lits superposés et une salle de bain complÚte. Située au dernier étage, la suite principale comprend un lit queen-size, un foyer au gaz, une luxueuse salle de bain principale avec douche carrelée de plain-pied, une grande baignoire pour se détendre et ses lavabos. Le niveau supérieur dispose également d'une deuxiÚme chambre avec lit queen et d'une salle de bain complÚte supplémentaire.

Les activitĂ©s de villĂ©giature pour les aventuriers de l'hiver comprennent le ski, les promenades en traĂźneau, les visites en motoneige et en raquettes et les glissades sur tube. Les activitĂ©s en intĂ©rieur incluent le bowling, le golf miniature, le patin Ă  roulettes, la salle de jeux, la natation, la dĂ©tente dans un bain Ă  remous ou le spa. The house is very nice and the neighborhood is my favorite at Seven Springs. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lift to Southwind was down (and has been down for months) and all the runs in Southwind were closed and not groomed. In my opinion this changes the value of the rental as it is not the same ski in/ski out experience that I like to have and that I pay extra for. Had I known this ahead of time I would’ve probably booked a different house in a different area. Although that one area was a disappointment the home was very nice and our family had a good time! Thank you for sharing your home.

We had an excellent stay, the host was very accommodating and very responsive to communication. The unit was large and well laid out. Very nice furniture, decor, and appliances. Unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Looking forward to staying here again for our next trip.

Good space for a group ski trip

Our group has been doing a "long weekend ski trip" for 9 years in a row now, and this was one of the top 2 places we've stayed in. - Positives:- Spacious condo for a group of 8 adults - Comfortable beds throughout - Large bedrooms & bathrooms - Nice kitchen with new appliances & well stocked cookware/dishes - Gas fireplaces were great for warming up after skiing - Gas grill on the deck was great for cooking steaks - The host was very responsive & easy to communicate with. - Parking was a breeze (1 car in the garage & 2 cars in the driveway) - Negatives:- The only thing that would make this condo better is a hot tub on the back deck. The listing pictures show a hot tub on the deck, but these must be old/out-dated pictures because there is no hot tub for this unit. - And through no fault of the host, the Southwind ski lift that services this unit has been closed for the entire 2024/25 season for maintenance. So the condo was not truly "ski-in/ski-out", it was only "ski-out". To return to the condo you had to either take a shuttle bus (only available on the weekends) or walk back.

Few issues

This is our second time staying in the Southwind neighborhood. Unfortunately the Southwind lift has not operated all year. So the ski in ski out property we paid for was not ski in and ski out as advertised. I also booked off the pictures on the listing for the house that showed a hot tub on the deck. My fault I didn't notice it was not listed in description as having a hot tub. Very disappointed no hot tub at this property as I was told it was removed due to complaints by HOA. The house was very clean but not as well stocked as the one we had last year. No soaps, blankets, etc.

Great place!

We recently stayed for a ski trip at seven springs and had a great time. This unit had everything you needed, was clean, and spacious! The host was very responsive. Unfortunately the lift to the southwind development was down so we were only able to ski out. To ski in we had to use the shuttle or have someone pick up nearby via car in the development. Other than that it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this rental!

Great Ski House

Perfect for our ski trip. Clean, well stocked and ample room! Would definitely rent again. Only issue was the lift that enables ski in was not working; however you could ski out!!

The property and accommodations were excellent. Great choice to stay, along with the ease of skiing in and out of the condo. I would highly recommend for all ages. The property manager was prompt and extremely helpful with any questions.

Great home!

We loved our stay here! Perfect size and had all the comforts of home. We ate in every night and I had everything I need to cook the things I brought with us. The ski out is perfect! The lift to ski in was never open so that was a bit tricky getting back. But that is not the fault of the home owner that is a Seven Springs issue! We would stay here again for sure!! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. There were a lot of little things missing that would have been an easy fix - no hair dryers, no extra blankets, no extra bed pillows,and barely any wine glasses. How do you have two walk-in master closets without any lights? The laundry area needs a light too. The living area is tight considering the amount of people it sleeps - and the dining area can't fit as many ppl as beds. Take the basket of tampons out of the kitchen and into the bathroom. We own rental homes, so we are familiar with the expectations None of the items listed really affected our stay, but expected more attention to detail for the $1K/night. The ski in/out feature was nice and the location is good.

Wonderful place for a winter/ski vacation

This is our third year staying here and we keep coming back for many reasons. Just enough room and nice baths for our crowd. Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, etc and nice kitchen. It truly is ski-in/ski-out - many places advertise this but are not truly SI/SO.

If it was any closer to the ski runs you'd be sleeping on a chair lift

My wife and I have stayed in many properties advertised as "ski in-ski out" when in fact they are actually "walk a little while in and then walk a little while out". Not here. Brian's place literally opens up to a run that takes you directly onto the mountain! His place also has very soft & comfortable mattresses which is yet another rarity when staying in shared housing. And his place is very clean which means a lot to our family. Lastly I would be remiss if I didnt mention we had a couple of very minor issues that Brian took care of immediately. That was very much appreciated by all of us and it made our stay a very pleasant one.

Great experience

This was a perfect condo for our family to ski! The location was amazing with the Southwind lift allowing is to ski in/out of the condo. Brian was a great host and helped out with all our needs. He is very accommodating! Definitely will be back in future.

Perfect!

This wonderful townhome was perfect for our annual snowboarding trip. Three adults and our six teens had plenty of space and the kids loved the ski in/ski out access! The kitchen was well stocked. Fluffy towels were a super nice bonus. All in all, a great house.

This is our second time renting this property.The location is worth every penny. It’s perfect for two families (or 4) to get away for a ski vacation. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Brian is quick with a response to questions.

Annual Family Skiing Trip 2023!!

We had a fantastic family skiing trip! House was top notch and very clean! Location was awesome - very easy to ski in and out! Had everything we needed!! Check in was keyless - host was very easy to get back to with any questions I had! Highly recommend this great place to stay - will be back!! Love Seven Springs!!

Great vacation rental! Perfect for families!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's property in Seven Springs. Brian was communicative, check in was easy, and he messaged me periodically to see if we needed anything. This unit has a garage, which was a plus as we put our skis gear in there. Big kitchen with all the things you need to prep and cook meals (even had salt and pepper and cooking spray). You can ski in/out right off of the back deck and there is a hill 50 feet away from the unit that my kids used to sled. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Gas fireplaces, big TVs, all the things. We would definitely rent again! Thanks Brian.
