Un hébergement somptueux dans la seule communauté fermée du Seven Springs Resort dans les Laurel Highlands de l'ouest de la Pennsylvanie! Accès au ski depuis le pont arrière! Avec un téléski privé pour la communauté fermée, un service de navette gratuit pour la station et l'accès au centre de loisirs de Southwinds avec une grande piscine extérieure, un bain à remous, une salle de jeux et un centre de remise en forme, c'est un endroit privilégié pour une escapade à tout moment de l'année!

Grande maison de ville de trois chambres et trois salles de bain offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec des téléviseurs à écran plat, deux foyers au gaz, des comptoirs en granit, une climatisation centrale pour le confort d'été et de nombreux hébergements pour dormir. Le niveau d'entrée dispose d'un garage simple. Le deuxième niveau offre le salon, salle à manger, cuisine, une chambre avec lits superposés et une salle de bain complète. Située au dernier étage, la suite principale comprend un lit queen-size, un foyer au gaz, une luxueuse salle de bain principale avec douche carrelée de plain-pied, une grande baignoire pour se détendre et ses lavabos. Le niveau supérieur dispose également d'une deuxième chambre avec lit queen et d'une salle de bain complète supplémentaire.

Les activités de villégiature pour les aventuriers de l'hiver comprennent le ski, les promenades en traîneau, les visites en motoneige et en raquettes et les glissades sur tube. Les activités en intérieur incluent le bowling, le golf miniature, le patin à roulettes, la salle de jeux, la natation, la détente dans un bain à remous ou le spa. Pour les amateurs de plein air par temps chaud, il y a le golf, les tours en tyrolienne, le VTT, le toboggan alpin et la tour, le disc-golf, la pêche et les promenades en télésiège.

We stayed there Thurs. -Sunday. The location was great and we really enjoyed staying there! The host was quick to respond. The check in was very simple and place was clean. There were a few minor things during our stay which is the only reason I rated 4 stars. The fireplace in the bedroom didn’t work and the bottom was open exposing wires. Also, the dishwasher did not wash well. Most times I had to rewash the dishes and a couple times the door popped open in the middle of the drying cycle. When we first got there the smoke detector was beeping like the battery was low, but there were no batteries to replace. The place was great, host was great. The ski in- ski out was amazing and It was also nice having shuttle to take us to and from main resort. I would definitely stay there again!

The house is very nice and the neighborhood is my favorite at Seven Springs. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lift to Southwind was down (and has been down for months) and all the runs in Southwind were closed and not groomed. In my opinion this changes the value of the rental as it is not the same ski in/ski out experience that I like to have and that I pay extra for. Had I known this ahead of time I would’ve probably booked a different house in a different area. Although that one area was a disappointment the home was very nice and our family had a good time! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Ski House

Perfect for our ski trip. Clean, well stocked and ample room! Would definitely rent again. Only issue was the lift that enables ski in was not working; however you could ski out!!

Perfect location with access to slopes.

Overall a great stay, however, the bath water in one bathroom was yellow and some of the dishes had to be washed prior to use as they were in the cabinet dirty.

Stephanie thanks for staying with us and we apologize about a few dishes were dirty bad sometimes the previous tenants do dishes and they do not notice them when they put them away. We are now cleaning all prior to the next tenant. As far as the water the water company worked on the water main break that weak and the lines were not fully flushed. We strive to be a 5 STAR listing and sometimes small things we can not control. We are glad you did enjoy your stay

Annual Family Skiing Trip 2023!!

We had a fantastic family skiing trip! House was top notch and very clean! Location was awesome - very easy to ski in and out! Had everything we needed!! Check in was keyless - host was very easy to get back to with any questions I had! Highly recommend this great place to stay - will be back!! Love Seven Springs!!

Wonderful place for a winter/ski vacation

This is our third year staying here and we keep coming back for many reasons. Just enough room and nice baths for our crowd. Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, etc and nice kitchen. It truly is ski-in/ski-out - many places advertise this but are not truly SI/SO.

Wedding Travelers

We stayed at Brian's property this past weekend because my son was getting married at Seven Springs at Meadow View and the reception was in the lodge. The condo was great. Had all the space that we needed. Great location and pool!
